Everything was very clean and there was nothing overlooked as far as what a guest may need during their stay. The air conditioning and laundry dryer worked wonderfully all week long. If all was perfect the rain/storms, seaweed and jellyfish would have stayed away but they deserve their place here on Earth too ? Even the umbrella/chair boys were very pleasant and helpful. Little fenced back yard was major help with our dogs. Everything was within minutes of drive. 10 minutes drive to Henderson state park or just few minutes walk to beach at east jetty. We also rented from Kimberly Lang one of their pontoon boats at Fort Walton Beach. Zach was very nice and helpful with everything. It was reminder of how nice it is to deal with nice and friendly people! The only problem with our stay was "IT WAS TOOOO SHORT" as vacation always is! We will be very happy to rent from Kimberly Lang again!!!

We are a party of 5, our family of 4 with and my son's friend. We had a short but pleasant stay at the unit. The property is well maintained. It is spotless. The air conditioning works great, it is consistently cold in all rooms. It is not quite a beach front property, since it is located behind another beach front condo. However, the unit is on the top floor so you can see a bit of the beach from the balcony. Love the umbrella and beach chair service that is included. The location is perfect for us, away from the noisy part of town and only 15-20 minutes to shopping and restaurant. We definitely will be back for a longer stay!

I reserved island sands unit 303 looking for a quiet beach getaway during 4th of July week. Reservations, payments and email contact were so easy and when needed- had very fast responses. The staff (I wish I could remember the names of 3 different ladies I spoke with) were so kind and extremely helpful. The unit was on the 3rd floor, all steps but did not mind that at all. It was nice to have a parking space and not have to worry about looking for one. The unit was very nice, very clean, more than enough linens & kitchen stocked with everything needed. The view from balcony overlooking beautiful white sand and ocean. The boys working the umbrella/chair service were so helpful and nice to talk to, along with everyone else I met on the beach. WOW! I was told that these beaches were beautiful, but I didn't get it until I saw it in person. The water is turquois blue. You can see down to the bottom. Sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset was our favorite part. The condo was great. Management was great. More than we expected. 10/10

I really enjoyed my stay! The property was very convenient and close to the beach for me and my family to walk there. The unit was very clean and well kept, the kitchen was fully equipped , and we had more than enough towels for bathing and beach towels. The washer and dryer was exceptional. Excellent and timely communication with Mgt before and during our stay. It has a very clean and modern comfy feel inside. Plenty of space for our family to spread out. Convenient parking spots which are like 15 feet to the front door. 2–3-minute walk to the beach and you can see the beach pavilion from the house. Well stocked bath and beach towels. Garden hose off the deck to rinse off the beach sand. Nice little deck area we used for breakfast.

Great location for our family! We rented 2 condos at Sea Oats. The ground floor unit was perfect for the little ones. We were able to all sit outside in the evening and enjoy the sea breeze! Both condos were well stocked and very clean! Even though we had a few maintenance issues they were quick to respond and repair. Kim Lang Vacation Rentals does an awesome job! Michelle is amazing!

The best beaches in all of Florida. Sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset in the evenings while cooking locally caught seafood was the best! This condo is large with plenty of room to gather in the main area for families. Getting down to the beach was easy. The condo was clean and well stocked.

Right on the beach, but not too crowded. Close to local restaurants and adventures. We visited Destin for one day and took a ride to Crab Island. That was so fun. Go to McGuires Irish pub if you get the chance. Five stars on everything. We will return.

Everything was great. I love that they had everything you need - toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap at all sinks, and a fully stocked kitchen. The only thing I needed to bring was the type of laundry pods I use, and I also had to get dishwasher pods. Also, loved that beach chairs and umbrella were included as well as beach towels. That means a lot when you don’t have to haul those on the trip. Check-in and checkout are super easy. I’d definitely rent from Kimberly Lang Vacation Rentals again.

We absolutely loved the house we rented for our summer Beach Vacation. It was very clean. The Team was very responsive to all our needs. We loved the gated community and having security. The only thing I would change is I would have rented the Golf Cart!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Oats! The condo was very clean and neat with spectacular ocean views as it’s an oceanfront property. You can watch dolphins jump from the balcony and enjoy the warm ocean breeze and sit back on the covered deck, eating breakfast in the morning lunch and dinner or just hanging out in the evening time about your day. There is so much to do around the condominium. You really don’t have to go far. You will have to check out Harbour Village walk in Destin as it is a really nice place to go, while we were there, we went on a dolphin excursion and it was top-notch. The staff were awesome on the boat. Lots of great places to eat in the area. AJ was great with southern hospitality at its finest everything you need in the condo for a quick getaway we will be back, we let a lot of nice people at the condo.

We come to Fort Walton Beach every year and always book through Kim Lang Vacation Rentals. They make everything so nice, and her units are always clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. We know we never have to pack beach towels and there will be plenty of linens and if we need anything they are right down the road. This is our first time in unit 401. Great experience. We loved our stay! We were a family of 4 for this trip with 2 adults and a 10 and 13 year old. This place was so relaxing. We probably slept more than we planned! Comfortable beds and extra pillows are how I survive life with lower back issues, so this meant the world to me. Great kitchen accomodations to suit the desire to cook multiple meals. Some favorite highlights outside of our vacation home were the across-the-street safety crosswalk to the gorgeous beach whenever we wanted with the ability to see the water alert flags from the kitchen, 6 min walk to the best local seafood at Stewby's, and the free beautiful fireworks show on Weds night! The ease of getting to the beach was almost too good to be true! We had made so many plans of how we would plan beach days away from home, but we were so close, we could run home if we needed too which made it more of a relaxed trip where I did not have to stress over planning. It made it seem like we had our own beach. I could go on and on, the cleanliness, a vacuum that cleared the sand easily from the floor?, the hot comforting showers, video game play for my husband and son?, easy access to the main roads for places we visited. Everything was just excellent and had our enjoyment in mind. Thanks so, so much!

The unit at 399 is super clean and secluded away from traffic noise. Kitchen is well stocked to prepare meals. Beds and pillows comfy. It is awesome to park right in front of the unit to walk in with no wait time for an elevator and no steps. A small cooler is supplied along with beach chairs and beach umbrella for those who fly in and cannot bring those items on a plane. Super convenient. Also, extra roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and extra roll paper towels for kitchen along with extra garbage bags and dishwasher/dish liquid for kitchen. The unit has tons of towels and wash clothes along with several beach towels. A gas grill is provided.

This property exceeded our expectations. Most property management companies give you the bare minimum essentials. It’s the little things that separates Kimberly Lang from others such as Vacasa . We had sufficient towels, dish towels, toilet paper, kitchen accessories, etc. Also, having beach chair service included was a great plus. We had no issues and were very pleased. Will be staying here again.

What a great vacation. Came down to Fort Walton for a few days to relax. I have found my new favorite place. The Palms is a great spot to relax without big crowds. The condo was perfect.
