This beautiful 4 bedroom/3 bathroom gulf front unit includes: A 5-star fully stocked kitchen with beautiful granite countertops, Viking stainless steel appliances, a large breakfast bar, and direct views of the gulf waters. A gulf front master suite with a king size bed, a beautiful bathroom with soaking tub and walk in shower, and large sliders with balcony access. A second master suite is located down the hall with a king size bed and private bathroom with a tub and shower. A third master suite has a king size bed with a full-size shared bathroom. A fourth bedroom is a bunk room with twin beds designed with kids in mind (Fully equipped with fun games, TV, and surround sound for those fun kid nights). A beautiful open concept living area with generous seating, a huge flat screen TV, surround sound, and million-dollar views! Floor-to-ceiling sliders in the living room and main master suite provide the backdrop to a dream beach vacation!

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

by Darcy B.I can’t express how amazing this property was!!! Not only does it have a huge balcony, with beautiful ocean views, it had the most comfortable beds we’ve ev er slept in. The location was great! Off of the heavily traveled roads where it seemed quiet but still so close to everything. We had our teenagers with and a preteen and they all loved the place! The bunk room offered enough space for all of them and they couldn’t wait to go from the ocean to the pool. We felt really safe at the property. We will definitely book here again!!

Great stay at Bella Riva 201. Condo was large and very well appointed. Beach access was easy and not crowded. Made for a very relaxing weekend getaway. Hope to return to this unit next s ummer.

After doing my research of where to stay between Destin/Navarre, and reading most of the Reviews on this condo, my brothers/sister s all said it was the perfect choice. The rooms were all spacious enough to accommodate each family especially each room having their own spacious bathrooms! The kitchen/laundry room was equipped w/basic necessities-and EVERYTHING works! So much towels!! This condo was so clean. All beds in all the rooms were comfy/so much pillows! We had 3 kids who loved the bunk beds! The balcony gave us beautiful views of the beach, sun rise/sunset. Being on the second floor made it easy for the family to go down the beach with all the beach necessities. The included beach chair set up in front of the beach was def nice. Love that check-in/check-out was smooth. Love that management checked in with us twice to make sure we had everything we needed. Also the pontoon rental provided with this place was great. If you want a nice family environment, this is definitely the place.

Places to eat Stewbys (we did the market & got gumbo & their steamer meal-less wait time) The Shack, Floyd’s, McQuires (Destin & so fun! All restaurants were very good & lively, but one of the best was The Bavarian Wirthaus (definitely a locals place) fun & a great band. Very good ice cream place by Stewby’s. Don’t miss going to the pier-saw dolphin/large turtles & a couple small sharks.

The upgraded appliances made it easy for me to cook a wonderful Thanksgiving meal. The beds made it hard for me to get up every morning... they were so comfortable. The water pressure was amazing. Treat yourself and stay here people.

From the moment we walked in we felt at home. Everything was wonderful and the perfect place to stay. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room to be together and to have time alone. We will be back and stay in this unit again. The staff at the agency were very helpful and took time to check in on us to make sure we had everything we needed.
