Book your dream vacation at Sea Oats condominium located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL! This gulf front beauty sits on the powder white sands and emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Use the private beach access, take a swim in the gulf front swimming pool, soak in the indoor or outdoor hot tubs, stay fit while away from home at the fitness center, play a game of tennis on the lighted tennis court, grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area, or play a game of shuffleboard. Take a walk across the street to enjoy local restaurants such as Stewby’s, or Aj’s Seafood and Oyster Bar. Visit local attractions close by at The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Sea Oats is your ticket to paradise!
This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a separate dining area, and breakfast bar. A main living area with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, flat screen TV, and private balcony with direct gulf views. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and private bathroom. A second bedroom with a king-size bed and flat screen TV. A third bedroom with two twin beds. A second full size bathroom in the hallway. A laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

Parking: Two parking passes will be issued for your stay. No boats, RVs, or trailer parking allowed. Parking spaces are available for owners and registered Sea Oats guests only. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner expense.
We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

We were able to all sit outside in the evening and enjoy the sea breeze! Both condos were well stocked and very clean! Even though we had a few maintenance issues they were quick to respond and repair. Kim Lang Vacation Rentals does an awesome job! Michelle is amazing!

This condo was better priced and had more room! Communication was great also! They had a scheduled routine spray for the building and a fire extinguisher check and we knew when they were coming and everything. We never were inconvenienced in the least. Will book the same place again in the future!!!

Great condo including a spacious kitchen and wonderful views of the Gulf. Lots of towels in the bathrooms and even beach towels are provided.
