Book your dream vacation at Sea Oats condominium located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL! This gulf front beauty sits on the powder white sands and emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Use the private beach access, take a swim in the gulf front swimming pool, soak in the indoor or outdoor hot tubs, stay fit while away from home at the fitness center, play a game of tennis on the lighted tennis court, grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area, or play a game of shuffleboard. Take a walk across the street to enjoy local restaurants such as Stewby’s, or Aj’s Seafood and Oyster Bar. Visit local attractions close by at The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Sea Oats is your ticket to paradise!

This gulf front, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a separate dining area, and a breakfast bar. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a flat screen TV, and a private balcony with direct gulf views. A master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom. A second bedroom with a king size bed and flat screen TV. A second full size bathroom in the hallway. Washer and dryer in unit.

Parking: Two parking passes will be issued for your stay. No boats, RVs, or trailer parking allowed. Parking spaces are available for owners and registered Sea Oats guests only. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner expense.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

One of the area’s only All Local dedicated teams. Always available if you need us.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

The location of this property is great! Perfectly situated so that you can walk to local restaurants and bars (Stewby's is our all-time favorite). We absolutely love th e beaches in Ft. Walton Beach and have great views from the condo. The beach service was a great plus to this condo. You can tell the owner takes pride in the unit and does updates as they can. We were very satisfied and enjoyed our vacation.

Communication was great! Condo was clean with a well stocked kitchen! The view from the balcony was breathtaking! Pool was nice, not heated. Our personal preference would be to have an outside, uncovered hot tub. But it was warm and clean. Youcan’t beat the white, sandy beaches on Okaloosa Island! The oceanfront view is amazing! We booked the condo for a girls trip and it was a perfect choice! The separate bedroom with two king beds and two full baths met our needs. We did not have a car and we were able to walk to stores and restaurants andha d a great time at this location. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils. My only suggestion would be a couple of throw blankets for the living room. The beach towels was a nice amenity and we enjoyed the daily beach service. A perfect view of the fireworks, too! I will be booking here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a carefree beach vacation!had a great time at this location. What an amazing company to work with and what an amazing property! We enjoy working with Kim Lang Properties and staying at Sea Oats! Always Clean and Always Hospitable and the beach service and pool are always great. We had a beautiful stay at Sea Oats 602. Considering how much sand gets tracked into the condo everything was clean and comfortable when we arrived. The views were amazing. The elevator had some issues while we were there, like not opening and thengo ing to a different floor. One time it didn't work at all when we pushed the button. Fortunately we weren't on it at the time. Overall we had a great time and would definitely recommend.going to a different floor. One time it didn't work at all when we pushed the button. We stayed at sea oats last year in a different unit and have enjoyed both stays here. The only thing I would note as poor is the quality of the beds, they were rock hard and we actually found that the pull our couch was the most comfortable eventhoug h it was very low in the middle. Otherwise great location and nice unit, we enjoyed the great view. I’m not sure if the property manager knows this but there is some sort of warping going on right when you walk through the front door where there is either an air pocket or water leak under the false tile that may cause future issues. We noticed it when we first arrived but it did not seem to change during our trip, just something for them to note. We did wash our sheets when we arrived as there were medium length black hairs in them, which may be from the cleaning crew but still was not something I wanted to risk.though it was very low in the middle. It was clean and close to the pictures on the website. We've enjoyed our stay and I would give it a 4.5 on the rating. Just minor things could have made a world of difference for me. Shower knob was not working well and coffee machine didn'twork. For tunately there was an extra one and it worked but didn't see it right away. There were many items that was chipped; dishes, coasters, and other kitchen items. It really didn't affect our stay and I realize many families go in and out and that is about to happen but I thought you should know. The guest book was full and didn't have a new one to leave any notes. 🙁 It would have been nice to let us know that there weren't any basic condiments, salt, pepper or anything else. I am assuming this is due to the COVID, I just didn't think about it. We plan to make more trips to this area and would definitely consider staying at your place with just minor changes. Perfect, in every way! Stunning gulf front , 6th floor balcony, overlooking The Beach and Gulf. Beautifully decorated with calming colors, and very clean. Plenty of towels, fully equipped kitchen, extra linens, toiletries, and lots of pillows onthe t wo, big, comfortable beds. My mom has fibromyalgia, and the short walk to the beach was perfect! We have been using Kimberly Lang to book properties at Fort Walton Beach since 2015. We have stayed in Destin and PCB many times but 2015 was the first time on Okaloosa Island and the first time with Kimberly Lang. What struck me the most wasthe spec tacular cleanliness of the unit. If there is ever an issue they respond very quickly. The girls in the office are very friendly and helpful. This spring's stay at Sea Oats was another awesome, no surprises, property. Everything you would need is provided. We only stayed 4 nights this past week but will be back this fall at another of her properties. I strongly recommend Kimberly Lang!
