Book your dream vacation at Sea Oats condominium located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL! This gulf front beauty sits on the powder white sands and emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Use the private beach access, take a swim in the gulf front swimming pool, soak in the indoor or outdoor hot tubs, stay fit while away from home at the fitness center, play a game of tennis on the lighted tennis court, grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area, or play a game of shuffleboard. Take a walk across the street to enjoy local restaurants such as Stewby’s, or Aj’s Seafood and Oyster Bar. Visit local attractions close by at The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Sea Oats is your ticket to paradise!
This gulf front, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a separate dining area, and a breakfast bar. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a flat screen TV, and a private balcony with direct gulf views. A master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom. A second bedroom with a king size bed and flat screen TV. A second full size bathroom in the hallway. Washer and dryer in unit.

Parking: Two parking passes will be issued for your stay. No boats, RVs, or trailer parking allowed. Parking spaces are available for owners and registered Sea Oats guests only. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner expense.
We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

Stayed at Sea Oats one other time. I have always been impressed with the maintenance of this wonderful facility. Because this complex is only 7 stories, there are less people to contend with. The swimming pool and beach occupancy are very lite. Which makes for a pleasant experience. Our condo was perfect. Very clean and well stocked. Decor is nice. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Communication was great! Condo was clean with a well stocked kitchen! The view from the balcony was breathtaking! Pool was nice, not heated. Our personal preference would be to have an o utside, uncovered hot tub. But it was warm and clean. You can’t beat the white, sandy beaches on Okaloosa Island! We enjoyed relaxing and playing on the beach morning, noon and in the evening!

Had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable. All of the amenities we needed were there. We would definitely recommend staying here.
The oceanfront view is amazing! We booked the condo for a girls trip and it was a perfect choice! The separate bedroom with two king beds and two full baths met our needs. We did not hav e a car and we were able to walk to stores and restaurants and had a great time at this location. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils. The beach towels were a nice amenity and we enjoyed the daily beach service. A perfect view of the fireworks, too! I will be booking here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a carefree beach vacation.

This was our first time visiting Florida and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The apartment is right in front of a beautiful beach. It was clean, big, it had everything we needed, good wifi connection, the beach service was great and the pool was perfect. We hope to return soon!

Perfect, in every way! Stunning gulf front , 6th floor balcony, overlooking The Beach and Gulf. Beautifully decorated with calming colors, and very clean. Plenty of towels, fully equippe d kitchen, extra linens, toiletries, and lots of pillows on the two, big, comfortable beds. My mom has fibromyalgia, and the short walk to the beach was perfect! Staff made sure we were well taken care of, and we are already looking for availability next trip.

Prefect location and VIEWS!
We have been using Kimberly Lang to book properties at Fort Walton Beach since 2015. We have stayed in Destin and PCB many times but 2015 was the first time on Okaloosa Island and the fi rst time with Kimberly Lang. What struck me the most was the spectacular cleanliness of the unit. If there is ever an issue they respond very quickly. The girls in the office are very friendly and helpful. This spring's stay at Sea Oats was another awesome, no surprises, property. Everything you would need is provided. We only stayed 4 nights this past week but will be back this fall at another of her properties. I strongly recommend Kimberly Lang! Thank you Kimberly and staff!
