Overlooking the pristine white sandy beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this location is a dream! Visit the local seafood restaurants such as Windjammer's or Sailor's Grill. Navarre Beach State Park and The Navarre Fishing Pier are close by. A family Favorite for guests who return year after year!

This second floor, 3 bedroom/3 bathroom gulf front condo includes: Over 2,000 square feet of living space with marble floors and special touches throughout. A beautiful kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, lots of storage for groceries, and gulf views. A wet bar adjacent to the kitchen for entertaining. A living area with plenty of seating, electronic blackout shades for movie nights, a large flat screen TV, and a large private balcony. A large main master bedroom with a king size bed, balcony access, a flat-screen TV, connecting spa bathroom with separate dressing area, jacuzzi tub, and shower. A second master bedroom with a king size bed, easy access to the balcony, gulf views, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate toilet area, and a double sink vanity. A third bedroom with two twin size beds (Perfect for the kids). A third bathroom which includes a large soaking tub and shower.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

One of the area’s only All Local dedicated teams. Always available if you need us.

We have a pontoon boat that we rent exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

This was our second time renting through Kimberly Lang and once again the entire experience was phenomenal. The co ndo was more stunning than we imagined and was immaculately clean. The kitchen is stocked with anything you could possibly need to make a meal. Being able to walk right out to the beach across the boardwalk was wonderful. Last but not least, the Kimberly Lang customer service is the best. We will definitely book our rental with them again for our next stay.

We loved our stay at this location!! The place was CLEAN, spacious, and had a beautiful view. The very quick walk from the room to the pool to the beach kept our energy up. The beach service was THE BEST. We've never had beach service before, and now I never want to go without it! The kitchen was fully stocked with any kind of cooking items you need. We had plenty of towels, toilet paper, detergent to wash things. We've been going on vacation with our friends for the past few years. This the best beach + accommodations we've had so far. We plan on returning.

I can't say enough about the location of the property. You are located right on Navarre beach and the views from the balcony are stunning. You are just minutes from two restaurants as well as the bridge which can take you to grocery stores and fast-food options. I definitely plan to stay here again. The pricing in the off season (we stayed in December) was very reasonable for the lodging we received. I love this place. It had all the bells and whistle‘s. I would also recommend that everyone stays away from Vacasa they are too big and if you have a problem they don’t fix it till Monday afternoon even though you report it on Saturday. stay with Kimberly Lange. The property is just as it is pictured. The issue we had was with the beach chairs. The management company called on our behalf but the staff of the ones putting up the chairs and umbrellas were rude and not accommodating to our request. It took us4 days to finally get chairs reserved for us. Other than that the stay was wonderful. There were plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The management company was friendly and very helpful to make our stay enjoyable. The one negative of the unit is the noise of the pool right below can be heard in the unit with the doors closed. Which is only bad if you like to go to bed and try to sleep at a decent hour. I would recommend the rental unit get some cushions for the patio furniture as we didn’t enjoy the balcony as much as we could have since it wasn’t comfortable.4 days to finally get chairs reserved for us. Other than that the stay was wonderful. There were plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It is a very clean and quiet beach. As far as the condo, we have never stayed somewhere that provides as much as this one did. We consider it lucky if we normally get a tiny sample of soap or maybe a small pack of dishwasher detergent. This place had everything you need, including tons of extra blankets, laundry detergent, shampoo and conditioner . It literally felt like we were staying at a friend’s home and they said “help yourself”. It was very clean and everything was top quality. We were delighted with the condo. It had everything and I mean everything you could need from laundry detergent to shampoo. It was super clean, bright and inviting. We found so many shells everyday we had all available upper counter space covered byt he end of the week. There is a great selection of books to read. There are plenty of things to do and see with in short drives. We had many wonderful meals at the various restaurants. Plenty of choice for any price range. Destin and Pensacola are easy drives with beautiful views. We had never been to Navarre Beach and hadn't been to Florida is years. We will be back next year.the end of the week. Since our son is in the Air Force and now was being stationed in Navarre Florida, we plan to help him make the transition from South Korea to Florida.
