Island Echos is your ticket to paradise on the Emerald Coast. Located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL, this gulf front property is close to the most popular local restaurants and attractions. Visit the Gulfarium, the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk just down the road. Swim in the gulf front pool, sit on the beach, or relax on your balcony and watch the sunset.
This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, dining area, living area with a queen size sleeper for extra guests, and a private balcony with priceless views of The Gulf of Mexico. A master bedroom with a king-size bed and flat screen TV. A full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.
One of the area’s only All Local dedicated teams. Always available if you need us.
We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

We spent the month of February in Ft Walton Beach and Kimberly Lang was the leasing agent. We found them to be very helpful, friendly, courteous and professional in hel ping get the condo booked for us. We will be returning for snowbird season in 2026 and 2027, and Kimberly Lang has been our booking agent for these two years. We will definitely choose them for all our future condo rentals when staying in Ft Walton.

My stay was one of the most relaxing vacations I have had in this area. November- December 2022 Modestly priced, quite, and comfortable. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance I g ot a quick response. The unit was furnished with all I needed to cook and enjoy my morning coffee on the balcony while taking in the sunrise. I was very pleased with the grounds clean, landscaping is colorful and housekeeping kept all common areas clean daily. I look forward to next years stay and again thank you for making my stay relaxing.
