This gulf front beauty sits on the powder white sands and emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Use the private beach access, take a swim in the gulf front swimming pool, soak in the indoor or outdoor hot tubs, stay fit while away from home at the fitness center, play a game of tennis on the lighted tennis court, grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area, or play a game of shuffleboard. Take a walk across the street to enjoy local restaurants such as Stewby’s, or Aj’s Seafood and Oyster Bar. Visit local attractions close by at The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Sea Oats is your ticket to paradise!

This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a separate dining area, and a breakfast bar. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a flat screen TV, and a private balcony with partial gulf views. A master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom. A second bedroom with two twin beds and flat screen TV. A second full size bathroom in the hallway. Washer and dryer in unit.

Parking: Two parking passes will be issued for your stay. No boats, RVs, or trailer parking allowed. Parking spaces are available for owners and registered Sea Oats guests only. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner expense.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

One of the area’s only All Local dedicated teams. Always available if you need us.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

The condo was absolutely amazing!! The kitchen!! It had lots of cabinets, and they were completely stocked! With very nice pots, pans, dishes and more!! Not the cheap s tuff that is usually at a condo!! Right on the beach! Our room wasn’t beach front! But we could see the beach from the balcony!! Very clean. Well stocked!! Great location! The pool and hot tub were a definite 5 stars ‘

Perfect Short Stay

My family and I stayed 3 nights. We loved it. Everything was as described, and the pictures were accurate. Our 5-year-old LOVED the short distance to the beach and pool and our 18-year-old enjoyed her own room and bathroom. The kitchen had every cooking utensil you could need, and the beach towels and availability of the beach chairs were great. We had a great stay and will definitely book again.

Absolutely loved this property! I brought extra toilet paper and paper towels thinking that there wouldn’t be enough and we did not even have to use what I brought! Everything was perfect. The layout of the condo was perfect for 2 families, each had their own connecting bathroom. The extra items you supply helped us a lot. A sponge for dishes, never thought to bring one. You did. Everything is stocked so youcan cook if you want to. Ice maker worked great. There was an extra fan in the closet but A/C works so great, we did not need it. The beach towels you provide was nice when all of ours were used. Stackable washers and dryer work great so we came back with clean clothes and no laundry to do at home. The condo was clean and comfortable. Also, we left a bag behind and the cleaning crew turned it in. Thankful for that!can cook if you want to. Ice maker worked great. We had a great time in this unit. Easy to get to from airport and convenient to all we needed for a moms weekend away. Beach chairs were very nice too. A few suggestions-all electrical outlets need to be replaced. They don’t make connections andtha t can be a fire hazard (husband is electrician and fireman). Also a black out shade would be nice in queen bedroom…the outside hallway light was pretty bright at night. We planned a much needed family getaway and after postponing for a year due to Covid. It was more than overdue. We stayed at this lovely condo for 3 nights. It was very clean and cozy and in a quiet area. The property manager was very attentivechecki ng in on me several times via email/text and making sure we had everything we needed. This was our first year on the Island, and we loved it. Nice area and still close to Destin for all our favs there. The condo at Sea Oats was very nice. We loved how big and roomy if was, 2 bed, 2 bath was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked,wanti ng for nothing. Nice view of the ocean and pool area was great, large with plenty of chairs. Only negative for me was the unit could use a refresh. Cupboards in kitchen and bathrooms were rough and some paint jobs in the rooms. The furniture is getting pretty broke down too. The management company Lang was great to us, any problems, they took care of us right away. Our new favorite restaurant is Stewbys which was right across the street. Hope you check the building out, also like that it's a smaller complex. We'll be back.wanting for nothing. Nice view of the ocean and pool area was great, large with plenty of chairs.
