Book your dream vacation at Sea Oats condominium located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL! This gulf front beauty sits on the powder white sands and emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Use the private beach access, take a swim in the gulf front swimming pool, soak in the indoor or outdoor hot tubs, stay fit while away from home at the fitness center, play a game of tennis on the lighted tennis court, grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area, or play a game of shuffleboard. Take a walk across the street to enjoy local restaurants such as Stewby’s, or Aj’s Seafood and Oyster Bar. Visit local attractions close by at The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Sea Oats is your ticket to paradise!
This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a separate dining area, and a breakfast bar. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a flat screen TV, and a private balcony with partial gulf views. A master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom. A second bedroom with a queen bed and flat screen TV. A second full size bathroom in the hallway. Washer and dryer in unit.

Parking: Two parking passes will be issued for your stay. No boats, RVs, or trailer parking allowed. Parking spaces are available for owners and registered Sea Oats guests only. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner expense.
We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Oats! The condo has everything you need! Kitchen is fully stocked including all the little things you don’t want to buy when you get th ere. Only need groceries. No need to bring cooler, sunscreen, beach bag, water bottles, volleyball, fishing net etc.. Walking distance to the pier, restaurants, shops. Highly recommend!

The condo was absolutely amazing!! The kitchen!! It had lots of cabinets, and they were completely stocked! With very nice pots, pans, dishes and more!! Not the cheap s tuff that is usually at a condo!! Right on the beach! Our room wasn’t beach front! But we could see the beach from the balcony!! Very clean. Well stocked!! Great location! The pool and hot tub were a definite 5 stars ‘

Absolutely loved this property! I brought extra toilet paper and paper towels thinking that there wouldn’t be enough and we did not even have to use what I brought! The only thing we brought and used was laundry detergent. It was so close to the pool and the beach our kids loved it! We will definitely be coming back next year.

Everything was perfect. The layout of the condo was perfect for 2 families, each had their own connecting bathroom. The extra items you supply helped us a lot. A sponge for dishes, never thought to bring one. You did. Everything is stocked so you can cook if you want to. Ice maker worked great. There was an extra fan in the closet but A/C works so great, we did not need it. The beach towels you provide was nice when all of ours were used. Stackable washers and dryer work great so we came back with clean clothes and no laundry to do at home. The condo was clean and comfortable. Also, we left a bag behind and the cleaning crew turned it in. Thankful for that!

Best beach vacation I have had in years.
We planned a much needed family getaway and after postponing for a year due to Covid. It was more than overdue. We stayed at this lovely condo for 3 nights. It was very clean and cozy an d in a quiet area. The property manager was very attentive checking in on me several times via email/text and making sure we had everything we needed. They really went above and beyond with the accommodations. Plenty of towels and linen, a fully stocked kitchen. And the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella was the best. We were very pleased and will most definitely stay again.

This was our first year on the Island, and we loved it. Nice area and still close to Destin for all our favs there. The condo at Sea Oats was very nice. We loved how big and roomy it was , 2 bed/2 bath was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked, wanting for nothing. Nice view of the ocean and pool area was great, large with plenty of chairs. Our new favorite restaurant is Stewbys which was right across the street. We'll be back.
