Walk right out to the beach! There is nothing like the million-dollar views from the rooftop pool deck! This property is close to all local restaurants, entertainment, and attractions. Visit The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing, or The Boardwalk just up the road. You can even bring your pet!
This 1 bedroom/2 bathroom property includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a living area with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, separate dining area, and a private balcony. A master bedroom with a king size bed, private bathroom, and flat screen TV. A second full size bathroom in the hallway. Washer and dryer.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

We loved that our place had a balcony overlooking the ocean. We loved the view and easy access to the beach and our dogs absolutely loved sitting out on the balcony sni ffing the smells and people watching. The place was very clean, cozy and comfortable. Loved that there was a blender for making piñata coladas in the kitchen instead of having to go to restaurants to get them. The condo was well organized and had the cookware needed, utensils, as well as the normal dishwasher.

Great place to stay! Everything was very clean and working order. Kitchen was equipped with everything you needed for onsite cooking. Drawers and cabinets were very org anized. We would definitely stay again!

Great Location and View
by Barry B.Loved the location with a deck overlooking the the beach and gulf. The condo was well furnished and very clean. We also liked the complex being somewhat smaller which mad e for easy access to elevator, pool, beach and workout room. The second bathroom was a very nice amenity. We loved it and look forward to returning in future years.

by Felice R.If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing location with great Gulf views, this is it! The building has only a few units so easy access to the elevator and amenities . The condo was well appointed, very clean, bright, and coastal. It literally offered everything we needed including extra paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, etc. This unit also comes with beach service, which was a very nice perk The property manager is extremely responsive and answered questions quickly. Parking was not an issue. Best of all the building was dog friendly and our fur babies had a great time. Everything else was immaculate. Will definitely return!

The kitchen looked like it had been recently remodeled, we thought it looks really nice - I thought it was neat how the kitchen cabinet doors slow-closed to prevent any accidental slamming. Lots of great restaurants nearby which was a plus, my wife loves some good seafood! Overall it was a great stay!

Clean... and you cannot beat the view! This was our second stay. It’s a smaller complex so the beach in front isn’t crowded like at the bigger complexes. Great beach service. The pool was nice and a great view from the roof. The bed is the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on! I wish I had got the brand. We cooked and had plenty of utensils and pans. We used the washer and dryer and had no problems. We will book our 3rd stay soon!

I especially loved the roof top pool and view from the unit. So sweet to have bowls and a bed for my fur baby, even though I elected not to bring her this time. The pontoon offered is so nice and comes with the cheapest rate you will find!! Zach was so kind and informative! Next time I will be looking for a two bedroom unit with a view from the master as well as the living room. That was the only thing I would have changed. However, I chose this setup to bring my Mom and knew she would prefer the quiet of the master without the view. Gulfside is close to so many good places to eat if you don't want to tackle traffic to go into Destin. It was all just wonderful!

We loved our stay at Gulfside 402, it was perfect for us, family of 4 ,plus our fur baby Finn! Spectacular views, short walk to the beach, well equipped kitchen, plenty of closets and st orage space for our items, wonderfully large master bedroom with dressing room and private bath! The rooftop pool was incredible, also with fantastic views of the ocean! Fort Walton Beach is also a little less crowded than Destin, we liked that...the Crab Trap on the Boardwalk, had great food, more expensive but seating outside so you can get fantastic views of the Gulf. Very clean condo as well, would definitely return!

Great family memories were made during our stay
