Escape to the beach at the Surf Dweller condominium located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This family favorite condominium sits on the powder white sands of The Gulf of Mexico. This property is known for its large gulf front balconies with million-dollar views! Enjoy the private beach access, take a dip in the swimming pool, work out at the fitness center, play a game of tennis on the lighted tennis court, or grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area. Visit nearby restaurants such as Stewby’s, Fubar Pizza, or Aj’s Seafood and Oyster Bar. Visit local attractions such as The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Take a pontoon boat to Crab Island for the day or book a fishing charter. No matter how you spend your time at the Surf Dweller you will make memories to last a lifetime!
This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar, and a separate dining area. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a flat screen TV, floor-to-ceiling sliders with gulf views, and a large private balcony. A master bedroom with a king size memory foam mattress, a flat screen TV, private bathroom, and glass sliders that allow balcony access. A second bedroom with two queen size beds and a flat screen TV. A second full size bathroom in the hallway.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

The condo and view were excellent. Furnishings were nice and we had everything we needed. The beach towels were a nice touch. Really enjoyed our stay.
It was a perfect location, the proximity from the room to the elevator and the beach were perfect. The condo was very clean, and the kitchen supplied anything you may n eed. We had a wonderful visit.

Property was as expected. Rooms were clean and very nice. Great view of the ocean. kitchen was very clean and had all the amenities needed. Only complaint was the bathr oom stools did not flush very well. One suggestion is to put a couple of loungers on the balcony. Would go back again.

I'm never disappointed staying at a Kimberly Lang managed property. Kitchen is very well stocked. It's one of the shorter walks from the building to the beach which is nice. It was one o f the more spacious condo's I've stayed at on Ft. Walton Beach.. huge plus! Beds and living room furniture were very comfortable.. huge plus, plus!! Absolutely beautiful beachfront location!! The unit was exceptionally clean and well-stocked with a large living space, kitchen and bedrooms. Really liked the easy access via the door co de and all the amenities which came with renting this property. We absolutely love it and we will be back. I love that fact that when we checked in, we got a courtesy text to make sure we arrived and everything was ok. Then the iron wasn’t work ing and I called to see if I could get another one. They had someone to bring one over in no time!! Very quite and nice place to visit!!

The place was so clean! I had a family of five and eight people could have stayed here! The balcony was one of the biggest one I have ever seen. The view from the balcony they was out of this world! If we ever go back to Fort Walton Destin which I think we will we will be staying here again we had a lovely time!
