Surf Dweller is going through a Renovation Project. Painting, Balcony Work, Walkways resurfacing. There will be contractors on property during the work day and a lot of noise. All amenities will still be open during project. Project should be completed by April 26, 2024
Gulf Front with a gorgeous view!! 2 bedroom, 2 bath, sleeps 8. Large spacious open floor plan! Fully stocked extra large kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space and breakfast bar that seat 2.Dining area with seating for 6. Living Area with wide open view of the gulf and beach with a 48" Flat Screen TV. Living area also hosts a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests. Master bedroom hosts a king size bed with memory foam pillow top mattress with sliding glass doors to the balcony, 42"Flat Screen TV, with large walk in closet. Full private bath with separate vanity. Second bedroom hosts two queen beds, and a 36" Flat screen TV, spacious walk in closet and a full private bath. You can access the balcony from the living room or master. Full size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room located off of the kitchen. Large Spacious Unit with over 1400 square feet.

Beach Service Included (March- October)
I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. Beach towels are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Pontoon Boat
Escape to Fort Walton Beach and enjoy the powder white beach and crystal clear waters where Surf Dweller resides. Enjoy the community amenities at Surf Dweller which include two lighted tennis courts, large pool with expansive deck and covered pavilion. Outdoor pool is heated seasonally. Fenced kiddie pool. Community grills for all your afternoon barbecues.Enjoy a beach getaway away from the crowds while still remaining close to shopping and entertainment. The Boardwalk on Okaloosa Island has several restaurants for you to enjoy as well as evening entertainment. Destin, Florida is only a few minutes east for more shopping, dining and entertainment!

I'm never disappointed staying at a Kimberly Lang managed property. Kitchen is very well stocked. It's one of the shorter walks from the building to the beach which is nice. It was one of the more spacious condo's I've stayed at on Ft. WaltonBeach..
huge plus! Beds and living room furniture were very comfortable.. huge plus, plus!! This request asks for info to help the crew, that said here are a few notables - it would be good for someone to periodically check batteries (missing in 2 remotes), check light bulbs, while having a back up roll is appreciated.. it would be nice to let guests start with full rolls of toilet paper, having more than one blanket or a few light throws would be a nice addition, and the kitchen sink leaks terribly unless you find the sweet spot up and to the left to make it stop. We always enjoy our stay at Surf Dweller condos, however we probably will not stay in unit 506 again. Neither my husband nor I hardly slept at all because the bed was so uncomfortable to us. I'm sure there are plenty of people who enjoy a firmmattres
s, but we are not those people. Everything else was wonderful, once we realized that the faucets in both showers had to be turned the opposite direction in order to get hot water. Thank you so much for providing plenty of towels and kitchen cookware/utensils. As always, it's wonderful having such a beautiful beach view and such a spacious and lovely place to stay.
