Enjoy a day at the beach or watch the dolphins play in the gulf off your 2nd floor gulf front balcony. Two bedroom, two bath unit with a open floor plan warm beachy colors through out and lovely furnishings. Amazing views to the east and west. Large open fully stocked kitchen with new appliances and center island, large bar and extra sitting for 3 (Keurig and Coffee maker combo) dining table with seating for 6. Living area hosts a sleeper sofa, custom black out drapes, 50" Flat Screen TV/DVD player. Large sliding glass doors with an amazing view to your spacious balcony with bar height sitting. Master hosts a king size bed, 32" Flat screen TV/DVD player, custom black out drapes on your sliding glass door to the balcony and view of the Gulf of Mexico. Master has adjoining walk in closet and private full bath. The master has a private spa style bath. Second bedroom hosts a full size bed, twin bunk beds with a 24" Flat screen TV/DVD player. Second full bath off kitchen and second bedroom. Full size washer and dryer in laundry room off of kitchen.

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. Beach towels are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Pontoon Boat
The Summerlin property features a gulf-side pool (heated in winter), BBQ grills, a boardwalk to go directly to the beach.
This complex is approximately 2 miles to the Emerald Coast Convention Center. A small uncrowded complex with 200 feet of Gulf front access.

Very comfortable stay! We've stayed with Kimberly Lang in various different properties and we've always appreciated the extras that make the travel so much less of a hassle. Paper towels, lots of bath towels, beach towels, cleaning supplies, wellmain
tained properties and great communication each and every time. This was our second stay at 102 Summerlin and it accommodated 3 adults and 2 children very comfortably. This unit is well maintained; we noticed little wear and tear after what was likely 52 weeks of high use since we last stayed. Not to mention what brings us back..... the outstanding view of the gulf and the close proximity to the pool. The pool by the way was exceptionally clean and the water was a comfortable temperature. Again, all our expectations were met.maintained properties and great communication each and every time. This was our second stay in Unit 102 and our third stay at The Summerlin. The condo is in a perfect location with the beach just a few steps away. The pool is very nice and the grandkids had a ball playing in the pool. Our condo overlooked thepool an
d we enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night watching them swim and play. The only downsides were the size of the bed in the second bedroom with the bunk beds. The bed is too small for 2 adults and should be at least a queen size. The only other issue was that the condo could have been cleaner. You could tell it was cleaned in a rush and the master bathroom could have used a good cleaning. It was cleaner the first time we visited. Other than that, I would recommend this unit and would love to visit again.pool and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night watching them swim and play. We really had a nice vacation. We always like having a Condo right on the ocean and I thought the pool was going to be small.but it was perfect and clean. We had one bad day of rain. We visited the fish muesum and the air force museum when it wasrain
ing. The only thing I would change in the Condo would be taking out the carpets in the bedrooms and putting hardwood floors. The carpet was dirty. Other than that it was a great time. Rented the pontoon boat and sat on Crab Island was fun and taking a fish charter boat out and caught lots of fish and they cleaned the fish for us to take to a local restaurant where they fried the fish for us. Pretty fun place at Okaloosa Island/Destin. Was our first trip there and plan on coming back.raining.
