Come stay at Summerlin condominiums located along the white sandy beaches of Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This quiet gulf front beauty stands tall over the emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Relax on your private balcony and listen to the waves roll in and soak in the watercolor sunsets. Relax at the beach or take a swim in the gulf side pool. Enjoy the convenience of being close to all local restaurants, entertainment, and local attractions. Just around the corner you will find The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, The Gulfarium, and The Boardwalk Pavilion. It is just a short 10-minute drive to Destin where the adventure continues!

This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A very large, fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals with a separate dining area. A living room with floor-to-ceiling glass siders that provide the backdrop to your beach vacation, a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, black out draperies, a 50" flat screen TV/DVD player, and a private balcony. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a flat screen TV/DVD player, black out draperies, a private bathroom, and balcony access. A second bedroom with full size bed as well as a set of twin size bunk beds, and an attached full-size bathroom.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

One of the area’s only All Local dedicated teams. Always available if you need us.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this time frame you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

Very comfortable stay! We've stayed with Kimberly Lang in various different properties and we've always appreciated the extras that make the travel so much less of a hassle. Paper towels, lots of bath towels, beach towels, cleaning supplies, wellmain tained properties and great communication each and every time. This was our second stay at 102 Summerlin and it accommodated 3 adults and 2 children very comfortably. This unit is well maintained; we noticed little wear and tear after what was likely 52 weeks of high use since we last stayed. Not to mention what brings us back..... the outstanding view of the gulf and the close proximity to the pool. The pool by the way was exceptionally clean and the water was a comfortable temperature. Again, all our expectations were met.maintained properties and great communication each and every time. This was our second stay at 102 Summerlin and it accommodated 3 adults and 2 children very comfortably. Unit clean, plenty of clean towels, wash cloths, hand towels, beach towels beds comfortable, appliances newer except washer/dryer older but full size & very functional. No carpet so cleaner. This was our first time staying at a Kimberly Lang property, but it won't be the last. Everything was excellent (including finding an Ohio State crockpot in the kitchen!). The condo was well maintained and suited our needs perfectly. The view wasgrea t, and the close proximity to the beach was a plus. Kim Lang vacation rentals never disappoints. All the extras: backup paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, laundry soap; enough for your entire stay!! Beach towels provided, bath towels thick and soft. Unit was clean and well appointed and the viewwas incredible. Cooked all but one meal in the unit in the Fully stocked kitchen. Parking and access to unit couldn’t have been more convenient. Everything was great except for the tv. Normally we don’t even turn on the tv at the beach but we wanted to watch several of the college football games on Saturday. Apparently you tube tv doesn’t work very well. It was a lost cause!! That’snot the fault of the rental company though, so just letting you know. The condo was nice and clean and otherwise just great!! This was our second stay in Unit 102 and our third stay at The Summerlin. The condo is in a perfect location with the beach just a few steps away. The pool is very nice and the grandkids had a ball playing in the pool. Our condo overlooked thepool an d we enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night watching them swim and play. The only downsides were the size of the bed in the second bedroom with the bunk beds. The bed is too small for 2 adults and should be at least a queen size. The only other issue was that the condo could have been cleaner. You could tell it was cleaned in a rush and the master bathroom could have used a good cleaning. It was cleaner the first time we visited. Other than that, I would recommend this unit and would love to visit again.pool and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night watching them swim and play. We really had a nice vacation. We always like having a Condo right on the ocean and I thought the pool was going to be small.but it was perfect and clean. We had one bad day of rain. We visited the fish muesum and the air force museum when it wasrain ing. The only thing I would change in the Condo would be taking out the carpets in the bedrooms and putting hardwood floors. The carpet was dirty. Other than that it was a great time. Rented the pontoon boat and sat on Crab Island was fun and taking a fish charter boat out and caught lots of fish and they cleaned the fish for us to take to a local restaurant where they fried the fish for us. Pretty fun place at Okaloosa Island/Destin. Was our first trip there and plan on coming back.raining.
