Come stay at Summerlin condominiums located along the white sandy beaches of Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This quiet gulf front beauty stands tall over the emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Relax on your private balcony and listen to the waves roll in and soak in the watercolor sunsets. Relax at the beach or take a swim in the gulf side pool. Enjoy the convenience of being close to all local restaurants, entertainment, and local attractions. Just around the corner you will find The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, The Gulfarium, and The Boardwalk Pavilion. It is just a short 10-minute drive to Destin where the adventure continues!
This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A very large, fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals with a separate dining area. A living room with floor-to-ceiling glass siders that provide the backdrop to your beach vacation, a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, black out draperies, a 50" flat screen TV/DVD player, and a private balcony. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a flat screen TV/DVD player, black out draperies, a private bathroom, and balcony access. A second bedroom with full size bed as well as a set of twin size bunk beds, and an attached full-size bathroom.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this time frame you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

This was our second time staying at this location. Last year, I mentioned wishing the unit had sheet/pizza pans and the condo was stocked with some this time! This cond o is perfect for our family with us only being steps from the beach. We will continue to come back, we had the best time.

Very comfortable stay! We've stayed with Kimberly Lang in various different properties and we've always appreciated the extras that make the travel so much less of a hassle. Paper towels , lots of bath towels, beach towels, cleaning supplies, well maintained properties and great communication each and every time. This was our second stay at 102 Summerlin and it accommodated 3 adults and 2 children very comfortably. The pool by the way was exceptionally clean and the water was a comfortable temperature. Again, all our expectations were met.

This was our first time staying at a Kimberly Lang property, but it won't be the last. Everything was excellent (including finding an Ohio State crockpot in the kitchen!). The condo was well maintained and suited our needs perfectly. The view was great, and the close proximity to the beach was a plus. Last, but certainly not least, the folks we worked with at Kimberly Lang's were extremely helpful in answering any of our questions. A special shout out goes to Danielle who my wife spoke to several times. She was awesome!

The Summerlin on Okaloosa Island did not disappoint . Unit 102 was everything we hoped it would be. Perfect view and Kim Lang came through once again. We've used Kim Lang Realty on multi ple occasions and everything is always exceptional. We are already planning our next trip.

Beach towels provided, bath towels th ick and soft. Unit was clean and well appointed and the view was incredible. Cooked all but one meal in the unit in the Fully stocked kitchen. Parking and access to unit couldn’t have been more convenient. Exceptional stay with no problems. So convenient if you fly, quick stop for groceries and you’re set for a wonderful beach experience!

We spent a week at sumerlin unit 102,it was beautiful well maintained and any kitchen appliance you may need was in the unit,our view was awesome and close to the pool. My husband is whe elchair bound and everything was very easy accessible for him.Would definitely book with Kimberly Lang rentals again.

This was our second stay in Unit 102 and our third stay at The Summerlin. The condo is in a perfect location with the beach just a few steps away. The pool is very nice and the grandkids had a ball playing in the pool. Our condo overlooked the pool and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night watching them swim and play.

We really had a nice vacation. We always like having a Condo right on the ocean and I thought the pool was going to be small, but it was perfect and clean. We had one bad day of rain. We visited the fishing muesum and the air force museum when it was raining. Rented the pontoon boat and sat on Crab Island. It was fun. Took a fishing charter boat out and caught lots of fish and they cleaned the fish for us to take to a local restaurant where they fried the fish for us. Pretty fun place at Okaloosa Island/Destin. This was our first trip there and we plan on coming back.

The condo and the stay was extremly nice. The location was great. Walking distance to the beach an pool and near all other attractions. It was very roomy and clean an also included laund ry detergent an diswasher soap. I would like to book this unit again in the future.
