Island Princess 109 is a GROUND FLOOR unit with easy access from the parking garage and to the pool deck. Look out your back door and watch the kids playing in the pool!
This large 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing family meals, a dining area, a main living area with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, Smart TV, and private poolside patio. A master bedroom with a king size bed, private bathroom, and patio access. A second master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and private bathroom. A third bedroom with full size bunk beds and an adjoining door to shared bathroom with living area. Washer and dryer in unit!

Smoking is prohibited inside the unit and on balconies or patios. Smoking is allowed in the parking area only!
We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.
One of the area’s only All Local dedicated teams. Always available if you need us.
We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

for a full meal. Grocery store is minutes away. The location of the pool was GREAT especially since we had kids with us. We could watch them swim and we didn’t even have to leave our room/patio which was a HUGE plus!! The beach was AMAZING and just a short walk out the back door. Condo is stocked with plenty of towels and having the 10 extra beach towels for us was a NICE PERK. The messenger app was very convenient to be able to just send a message (without calling)if you had any questions or problems. The response time was really quick and everyone was SUPER friendly.
