Step into this gorgeous townhome located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Enjoy this spacious property that offers two master suites: First master suite hosts a king Size bed with 42" flat screen TV and a full-size bathroom. The second master suite has a queen size bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, a 32" flat screen TV, and a bathroom. The living room has a large open floor plan and a large 55" flat screen TV, a queen size sleeper sofa, black out draperies, and a half bath. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals. Full size washer and dryer in unit. Enjoy the fenced in patio/deck area with gas grill, an outdoor shower, and privacy for pets to roam safely! Beach access across the street. Parking for two cars.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Very comfortable and well-appointed property. We had everything we needed. The beach is very close, with sparkling sand and blue water. Nicely separated from the hubbub of Destin, but still close enough to visit often.

Convenient parking spots which are like 15 feet to the front door. 2–3-minute walk to the beach and you can see the beach pavilion from the house. Well stocked bath and beach towels. Garden hose off the deck to rinse off the beach sand. Nice little deck area we used for breakfast.

by Andrea D.We loved our stay! We were a family of 4 for this trip with 2 adults and a 10 and 13 year old. This place was so relaxing. We probably slept more than we planned! Comfort able beds and extra pillows are how I survive life with lower back issues, so this meant the world to me. Great kitchen accomodations to suit the desire to cook multiple meals. Some favorite highlights outside of our vacation home were the across-the-street safety crosswalk to the gorgeous beach whenever we wanted with the ability to see the water alert flags from the kitchen, 6 min walk to the best local seafood at Stewby's, and the free beautiful fireworks show on Weds night! The ease of getting to the beach was almost too good to be true! We had made so many plans of how we would plan beach days away from home, but we were so close, we could run home if we needed too which made it more of a relaxed trip where I did not have to stress over planning. It made it seem like we had our own beach. I could go on and on, the cleanliness, a vacuum that cleared the sand easily from the floor?, the hot comforting showers, video game play for my husband and son?, easy access to the main roads for places we visited. Everything was just excellent and had our enjoyment in mind. Thanks so, so much!

by Marsha G.Could not have asked for a better location. The townhome is directly across from a beach access, as well as an Italian restaurant, and a couple of seafood places just d own the street. The area is quiet, and it's easy enough to drive to the main streets. The townhome is very nice and roomy. The kitchen is well equipped. Please note that the bedrooms are located upstairs, and the stairs are steep. The home was nicely decorated and clean. Manager kept in contact regularly. If you are bringing a pet, there is a nice area off the deck that is enclosed.

Even though, it's a short walk to the beach, we chose to drive and park in the free parki ng across the street from the townhouse. The property is in a great location. Near restaurants and attractions. We visited with our friend who was staying in Destin (only a 15 minute drive). Kimberly quickly responded to any request we had. We plan on returning next year.

Very clean environment. Loved the kitchen and loved how they provided a washer and dryer. The little backyard was also great, I got to sit back there and watch all the cars and people pa ss by. The townhome was a perfect fit for our family! It was clean and cozy, right across the street from public access to the beach - a must for our teenagers! The kitchen was lovely and updat ed. We wished we could have spent more time there!

My wife and I were very pleased with the condition and location of this condo rental. There was obviously attention to detail when the unit was updated - from the fully stocked kitchen w ith Stainless Steel appliances to the "easy close" cabinets. The water pressure in the showers was even great. Great open floor plan on the main floor provides plenty of room and our dog really enjoyed spending time on the deck with us relaxing under the umbrella. Access to the beach was convenient with its location straight across the street from a nice public beach access area. Okaloosa Island is our favorite beach location in the U.S. and we plan to rent this unit again in the future.
