This family-favorite resort will keep you coming back year after year!
This 1 bedroom/1.5 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing family meals, a dining area, a main living area with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, smart TV, blackout draperies, and large private corner balcony. A master bedroom with a king size bed, private bathroom, and a smart TV. Twin size bunk beds in the hallway. Half Bath in Hallway. Washer and dryer in unit!

Smoking is prohibited inside the unit and on balconies or patios. Smoking is allowed in the parking area only!
We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Jennifer was amazing. The property was immaculate and had everything we needed. Fairly new and well-maintained appliances. Beautiful beach with complimentary chairs and umbrella. Pool and grounds so clean. Maintenance people on site every day. So safe. We loved it.

Unit 719 was perfect in every way! The colors, decor, all the cooking utensils, appliances, towels, washer/dryer, view, balcony chairs, cleanliness were all perfect! We spent the month o f January and February and loved every minute!

Everything about our stay was incredible. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed. The location was great— the beach is right there, and shopping is 4 minutes away. And w e especially loved the service of having our beach chairs set up for us every day. We would definitely stay again!

Great unit! The balcony views were spectacular. I highly recommend going to “The Gulf” for great food and relaxing lunch. Perfect unit for 2 people. The gliders on the deck w ere a great bonus.
+ MoreThis was a great, 1 bed room on the top floor. It has a bunk bed in the main hall way and a sofa bed so could sleep up to 6 people. We just had 1 teenage daughter so it was perfect for u s. The views are still good from the balcony. The unit was well-stocked with dishes, appliances, and utensils. We also appreciated the beach items provided (umbrella, chairs, boogie board, and sand toys.) Great location and convenient. We recommend this unit and will be back for more visits.
