Surf Dweller 309
Surf Dweller is going through a Renovation Project. Painting, Balcony Work, Walkways resurfacing. There will be contractors on property during the work day and a lot of noise. All amenities will still be open during project. Project should be completed by April 26, 2024
This unit has plenty of room for all! Master bedroom hosts a King with it's own private bath. There is a private entrance to large balcony from the master. 2nd Bedroom hosts 2 queen beds. The 2nd bathroom is shared with the living area and 2nd bedroom. Dining table has seating for 6 and breakfast bar has seating for 2. Large living area has plenty of seating with a sleeper sofa, love seat and leather recliner. Remodeled kitchen has granite counters and plenty of storage. Separate laundry area off of kitchen. New wet bar for all of your entertaining needs.

Beach Service Included (March- October)
I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. Beach towels are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Â Pontoon Boat

Spacious condo with amazing view of the beach!

We enjoyed the very large b alcony for breakfast, lunch and dinner! The condo building was in a great location close to good food! When we checked in, the condo was spotless!! All needed supplies for our 3 week stay were well stocked! The only reason for a 4 star & not 5 star rating is due to the master bathroom & carpet. The master bath is in dire need of tile & grout help!The
caulking they put in helps but it didn’t remedy the situation! The floor tiles/grout also need help/replaced! The caulking around the toilet & tub…well, just say that we hope they didn’t pay to have it done…it’s not a good job of caulking!! We’ve rented from them for at least 8 years, starting with surf dweller 506…309 appeared more clean so we’ve been there for the last 3 years. I’m thinking that what we pay, there might be something else for next fall that’s cleaner?? If you have any suggestions, please let me know! Thanks so much!! Perfect location! Easy check in and out. Very roomy condo. We had my 87 year old father in law on a walker with us and he was easily able to move around. Perfect 3rd floor view. The carpet needs replaced, but I knew that when I booked here. Wouldbook

The Surfdweller complex is the best location on Okaloosa Island. This condo, Room 309, was super spacious, and it is a VERY short walk to the sand. The view is breathtaking. The condo was clean and well supplied with hand soaps and extratoilet tissue
. The beds were comfy. The living room carpet is showing its age with spots and needs changing in my opinion but otherwise an amazing stay. Love that 2 chairs and an umbrella were included with our stay. There were plenty of beach towels in the condo for our use. The pool (adult and baby pool) are on the street side of the condo which I personally prefer since we come to FLA for the beach not a pool experience. I’m in my mid 50’s and have been coming to the Surfdweller complex for almost 40 years. This condo has a very large balcony and close to the Boardwalk, and many shops and restaurants. My family and I enjoyed our stay here very much and will be back!toilet tissue. The beds were comfy. Gorgeous views from this unit! The King bed was very comfortable and had plenty of pillows, blankets, towels and washcloths. Would love to see more hangers added in the master closet. The kitchen was nicely equipped even though we did not cook mealsh
ere. We had plenty of hot water as well! The unit is beginning to show some wear and the carpet will need to be replaced in the near future. The living room is large and furniture comfy! I would love to see the owners add several beach chairs, beach toys and an umbrella for guests to use. This has been a huge bonus for other units we have rented in the past from the same KL company and was disappointed to see only a boogie board for use. The walk to the beach was short and pleasant! Overall a good unit and would stay again.here. We had plenty of hot water as well! The unit is beginning to show some wear and the carpet will need to be replaced in the near future.
