We had a fabulous vacation! We stayed in the 3 bedroom unit which was perfect for our family. The location is excellent and walking distance to many restaurants and att ractions. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a great time. Fun walking across the street to the local restaurants. The condo itself is nicely decorated and has everything needed for a family stay at the beach. They ever supp lied the beach towels. We will stay here again.

Spring trip to Sea Oats with the family… What a good time! The condo allows you to sit on the back porch and relax just steps to the pool and the beach. Kimberly Lang Vacation Rentals was so easy to work with. Check in was so easy. We will be back!

What a great condo! It is so nicely decorated and close to the pool and beach. Loved the Fort Walton Beach area. Ate some great seafood and took the kids to see the dol phins at The Gulfarium. We will go home with great memories. We will be back.

I always appreciate the quick, friendly responsiveness of Kimberly Lang. It’s also nice to have various products provided to start our vacation. (Paper towel, dis h & laundry soap, etc.) The property is always very clean and well maintained… and nothing beats the gorgeous gulf views!

Great location on the ocean. Clean property. In walking distance to great restaurants. Not as congested as Destin, but a short drive to Destin if you want to go. Beds a re comfortable. You walk out your door and less than 100 yds you are on the beach. The beach service was great and the water was beautiful .

We stayed here the week of July 4th, and it was a great trip. We loved the convenience of the ground floor unit. It was perfect for our family. Would stay here again. T he location of the property is convenient to many restaurants and a grocery store.

This condo is absolutely beautiful. Very clean and well maintained. First floor was perfect for a quick in and out to pool and beach. Beautiful sunsets. We were contacted several times t o ensure everything was good. Entire process was seamless. Thank you!

This was the perfect location, steps from the pool, hot tub, beach, and Stewby's seafood. The property was clean, as described, and they even made sure there were extra towels. The beach is steps away for an early morning cup of coffee. It was a perfect location for teens within eyesight of the pool and hot tub. Stewby's seafood and mini golf were just across the street with AJ's right across the street for evening dancing, music, and fun for the adults. The pull-out couch was comfortable with a good quality mattress. All the linens were super clean with extras in the closets. There were extra towels in every bathroom with beach towels at the back door. We had a wonderful stay and even hosted a dinner party with a local family. It is a super easy location.

Everything was perfect. We love it there. Decorating is just my style. Hopefully we will rent next year.

Second year that we stayed here. I have been to many condos in Florida and I really believe this is the best. Love ground floor close to walkway and pool . The condo has everything we ne ed . Love Stewbys restaurants good price and good food. You guys are great to rent from and hopefully we will do it again. Thanks for a great week and I would recommend this condo.

We loved it!

We had our best vacation ever at this property. We have a child in a wheelchair, so we needed a room that has easy accessibility to the parking lot, pool, and beach. This room was perfec t. We spent a lot more time in the water since the beach and pool are so easy to get to. Everything was very clean and well stocked. We have been very happy with the service provided with Kimberly Lang, and will continue to book here in the future.

Great location, a short drive from the pier and boardwalk, beach is very clean and beautiful, the kids loved it.

The condo was decorated beautifully with bright beach decor. It was a spacious condo with room for all 6 of us, love the 3 bedrooms. The provided beach towels were a great addition as we ll as the beach accessories. The pool was great and the beach access was amazing!

Overall perfect condo was very clean, updated with comfortable furniture. Provided everything you needed in the kitchen and the beach. Walk right out to the pool area and the beach which was amazing.

Best condo ever. The walk to the pool/ beach were so convienent, especially with a toddler. The condo was clean and decorated so cute. Short drive to Destin made our experience even bett er. Will def be back.

We stayed at Sea Oats and it was wonderful. We were right next to the pool and right across the foot bridge was the ocean. The sand was magnificent and the weather was perfect. The condo we stayed had everything you would need, except food and clothing. We would certainly stay there again. Kimberly Lang Vacation Rentals made it all very easy.

Ground floor is the best!

My husband booked this condo for us, his son and daughter-in-law and our 18mo old grandson to meet for Thanksgiving. Having a ground floor apartment meant that our grandson could go out on the "balcony" without it being too worrisome but the gate was such that we didn't have to worry about him getting out and falling into the pool that was right outside the door. We could leave the doors open, hear the soothing sound of the ocean and relax. The beach was really just on the other side of the pool so this place had it all. 

Our family vacation at Sea Oats 106 was one of the best we ever had. Being on the first floor was great and the only way to go! The kids loved being right at the pool and just a short wa lk to the beach. It was so nice not having to use the elevators. We hope that this condo will be our "go to" condo for future trips. Kim Lang Vacation Rentals was great to work with and the condo is really nice. It had everything we needed.

Loved this unit..We have a toddler so it was great putting her down for a nap and stepping right outside to still sit by the pool. love the fact that the walkway to the beach is not very far... We have stayed at Sea Oats for the last 3 years in a row..Love it. Will be returning again next year.

The condo was nice and clean. Lots of utensils stocked in the kitchen made cooking easy.. 1st floor is definitely the way to go with small children.

The pictures for this condo doesn't do it justice. When we arrived I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful this condo was. I am so glad I booked this condo. Last year we went to Pana ma City Beach and it was so packed with spring breakers that I wanted something that was more family oriented for this year. The beach was absolutely beautiful and this condo couldn't have been more perfect for us. I've never stayed in a ground floor condo and I can honestly say that I don't know if I'd want to stay in anything that isn't ground floor now! We were totally spoiled! This condo is very clean and Management goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is a good one. I saw dolphins from the beach on two different days! My husband and father went to the Pier to fish and caught a ton of Spanish Mackerel. Because this condo had so much room I was able to have my parents (78 & 76) come along with us. I've made memories here with them that I will carry with me forever. My mom who is not a beach person really enjoyed this trip with us. Thank you for everything. My dad is already bugging me to book it for next year!

We spent last week at the condo and it was great. There were five of us and we were all comfortable. The location is very convenient, Destin was just a 5 minute drive away. The beach the condo is on was beautiful. 

We have just returned from a wonderful vacation at this condo in Fort Walton Beach, FL. We had multiple families from TX, AL and PA that stayed in three condos next to each other on the first floor. We could walk right out to the pool and the beach and could even relax in front of the condo with the monitor outside while the kids took a nap. All the beds slept great and the TV and kitchen facilities were wonderful. Everything to do was within a 15 minute ride and we enjoyed some great shopping and seafood dinners. The water was so crystal clear that we could see the fish in it and the beach is still the wonderful white sand that only the FL Gulf has. I would certainly recommend this condo to anyone wanting a memorable and relaxing vacation.

We looked high and low trying to find accommodations that fit location, amenities, and price. This unit was perfect. Having a 2yr old and a 9yr old in our group, we knew there would be m any trips back and forth from the pool and beach and this unit being on the ground floor was a lifesaver. Access to pool and beach was superb. The unit was very clean, nicely updated in decor, and had everything we needed (washer and dryer was a huge plus also). The Sea Oats property is on the smaller side which was fantastic which meant the two, very clean pools, were never crowded. The beach chair service was great too. Every staff member of the property was extremely nice. We had a great time staying here and we plan on doing it again next year too. Hopefully this unit will be available! Thanks for a great stay!

This condo has it all. Great location to the pool and the beach. Great location to get to Ft Walton Beach (downtown) and great location to get to Destin!!! My family just spent a wonderf ul week at this condo and was impressed by the luxury and convenience!!! I am sure our next stay on the island will be here, if we can get booked!!! Owners were easy to work with and everything went off without an issue. Not only is this property great for toddlers, but it is great for lazy teenagers as well!!! An easy walk to everything you may need...the pier with MANY restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping. The only time you need to get in your car is to get groceries.

Fantastic condo!! Looks exactly like the pictures. It was clean and ready when we arrived. Pool is just outside condo which is very convenient with kids. It had everything we needed to h ave the perfect family vacation.

We had 8 people this trip and we were all very comfortable. The ground floor access to the pool and beach is biggest draw for us. Arrange your chairs just off your pool side patio and th e restroom and fridge are just steps away.

Property was well kept. Condo was clean and had all necessary kitchen items needed. Space in condo was quite adequate and the boardwalk was just a few steps from our covered patio! Pools were cleaned every morning, as well as grounds around pools. Walking distance to several nice restaurants if one does not want to deal with traffic. Beds were all comfortable. Beach was awesome. 

Loved the complex. This unit was close to the pool and bbq pits. I was worried about pool noise being so close, but not an issue at all. We were able to sit on patio and watch the kids s wim (9-12). Already planning 2019 and hope the unit is available for us!

What a great condo - ground floor - we walked out to the pool and the beach anytime we wanted. Very clean and well maintained - would recommend to anyone! This place would hold a very sp ecial place to us - our son proposed to his girlfriend on the beach front. Thank you for allowing to use your condo!

My family (3 preteen children and husband) and my elderly parents had the pleasure of staying at  Sea Oats for the first week of June. Being able to stay on the first floor with a w alkout couldn't have been more perfect for us. The outside porch allowed us to watch our girls swim in the pool as we sat in the shade. At the same time, my parents have difficulty walking; therefore, the close proximity of the pool and ocean allowed them to enjoy themselves too. Originally, I was concerned that the noise from the pool might disrupt our privacy, but that was not the case AT ALL. The sliding glass doors really are sound proof. The ocean is visible from the porch as well. The inside of the condo was well furnished and supplied with many of the comforts of home. We felt so comfortable in the condo during our stay. Well-kept, modern and clean.

The condo was beautiful, clean and spacious. We enjoyed the close proximity to the pool and beach. Perfect condo for children. Office was quick to answer any of my concerns and the whole process was great! We had a great vacation.

We have now stayed her 2 times. It is always a great place! Communication is outstanding!

What a perfect place for a vacation. Adults and children of our party were equally happy. The condo was in perfect condition, clean, tastefully decorated, convenient to shopping and rest aurants and best of all........the beach!

Our family had the blessing of visiting Ft. Walton Beach while my husband was there on business for a month. It was such a treat to get to stay in such a lovely condo on the beach! >

Absolutely beautiful, comfortable place to stay. Just loved staying there. Wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the amenities more. We were very involved in a local family gather ing so only got to the condo to sleep mostly. We will definitely return sometime to just enjoy the area.

We had all the comforts of home....the description was very accurate,picture are just the way it looks,maybe better...it was a very nice condo and clean. Property was very well taken car e of. The owner answered all of my questions, and I had a lot of them..lol.The ground floor was so convenient. We were happy to have a place that our family could be at that was so nice. My sons went golfing, in Ft Walton. We of course ate at McQuires, and at Poppy's Lobster. Had lots of good food. To much.!!!! We were there Oct 23-29th it was perfect hardly anyone there so the crowds we're gone...didn't want to come home!
