This 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals with a large pantry and a dining area. A large capacity washer and dryer. A living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa for extra guests and 10 ft. ceilings with glass sliders that lead out to the private balcony. A half bathroom off the living area. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a private bathroom, and balcony access. A second master bedroom with a queen size bed, a private bathroom, and balcony access. A third bedroom with a set of twin size bunk beds (Perfect for the kids). Graco pack-n-play in closet for your use. Close the elevator for easy access!

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

We enjoyed walkin g on the beach, and everything is just right there. The beds were comfy, plenty of pillows, and everything we needed to cook was included. We hope to make this an annual visit instead of every other year!

Everything in the unit worked perfectly and we felt right at home! I loved how quiet the dishwasher and washer/dryer were; I was able to run them at night without excessive noise to keep everyone awake! And the decor in the room was absolutely perfect!!! We are already planning our return next year!!!

by Tyler D.First off, the condo is much bigger than the pictures do it justice for. We had plenty of space for our children to play in the condo before we headed to the beach and pool. The condo wa s well equipped and adorned to make it feel very beachy and homey. The location alone being so centralized was extremely helpful for groceries and beer runs. The amenities of the resort are outstanding! The poolside tiki bar was outstanding for drinks and snacks and fair priced. We have found our annual family vacation location. Beautiful Condo On the Beach
by Amber S.Our family loved staying in this condo. It was clean and decorated beautifully. The pool and lazy river were so much fun. It was nice being able to take a short walk and be on the beach. There were chairs and an umbrella set up for us, which was nice. We were also able to take a ten-minute walk to get to the pier where we fished. From the pier, we spotted many dolphins and sea turtles. Any time I needed to communicate with management, they were super quick to respond. Other things we liked: the table on the balcony to eat meals as well as the table inside. Also, that there are two master rooms that have their own soaking bathtub and shower. We recommend staying here.

Wonderfull stay!!! I will be back next year!
It was in a great location for us to visit family. Close to the beach even though it was chilly. The kids went to the pool a couple times but really to chilly to have too much fun. Actua lly would have liked to get some drinks or snacks at the bar but it was not open. It was a good place to stay.

Everything was beautiful! The condo, pools and beach. Very clean and the beds were so comfy. We can’t wait to visit again. Super safe and family friendly environment.
I do not have any complaints nor was there anything that I needed nor would I change. Everything was as listed and as expected. I loved that I was able to message and a host was availabl e on the spot. That was helpful and great.

This place is great and my family had tons of fun being poolside one day beachside the next. Be sure to look at the floor plan to pick the proper condo for a great view of the ocean and beach. Walking to the beach literally is less than 5 minutes. You walk poolside to get to that so you can be in some cool water in little to no time. One mile walk on the beach to the pier and Boardwalk.
