This 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals with a large pantry and a dining area. A large capacity washer and dryer. A living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa for extra guests and 10 ft. ceilings with glass sliders that lead out to the private balcony. A half bathroom off the living area. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a private bathroom, and balcony access. A second master bedroom with a queen size bed, a private bathroom, and balcony access. A third bedroom with a set of twin size bunk beds (Perfect for the kids). Graco pack-n-play in closet for your use. Close the elevator for easy access!

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

We love waterscape, and the rental itself was perfect for us! The condo is convenient to the stairs and elevator, plus easy to get to the parking lot. We enjoyed walkin g on the beach, and everything is just right there. The beds were comfy, plenty of pillows, and everything we needed to cook was included. We hope to make this an annual visit instead of every other year!

The unit had everything we needed plus more! We had all necessary kitchen items, extra toilet paper and cleaning s upplies, plenty of bedding, extra towels, and the beach towels were a nice bonus! Everything in the unit worked perfectly and we felt right at home! I loved how quiet the dishwasher and washer/dryer were; I was able to run them at night without excessive noise to keep everyone awake! And the decor in the room was absolutely perfect!!! We are already planning our return next year!!!

Excellent First Family Vacation!

First off, the condo is much bigger than the pictures do it justice for. We had plenty of space for our children to play in the condo before we headed to the beach and pool. The condo wa s well equipped and adorned to make it feel very beachy and homey. The location alone being so centralized was extremely helpful for groceries and beer runs. The amenities of the resort are outstanding! The poolside tiki bar was outstanding for drinks and snacks and fair priced. We have found our annual family vacation location. Beautiful Condo On the Beach

Our family loved staying in this condo. It was clean and decorated beautifully. The pool and lazy river were so much fun. It was nice being able to take a short walk and be on the beach. There were chairs and an umbrella set up for us, which was nice. We were also able to take a ten-minute walk to get to the pier where we fished. From the pier, we spotted many dolphins and sea turtles. Any time I needed to communicate with management, they were super quick to respond. Other things we liked: the table on the balcony to eat meals as well as the table inside. Also, that there are two master rooms that have their own soaking bathtub and shower. We recommend staying here.

It was in a great location for us to visit family. Close to the beach even though it was chilly. The kids went to the pool a couple times but really to chilly to have too much fun. Actually would have liked to get some drinks or snacks at the barbut it was not open. Giving a 5 star because their team, very easy to work with. Responded quickly with questions or concerns very easy to work with. Place was nice TVs could be updated but not there to watch TV besides so like to watch when in bed or if storms the onein master doesn’t work. There were two chairs broken rocking chair in master, one at kitchen table and then the second bedroom door wouldn’t stay shut. But all and all 5 star we had a great timein master doesn’t work. This place is great and my family had tons of fun being poolside one day beachside the next. Be sure to look at the floor plan to pick the proper condo for a great view of the ocean and beach. Walking to the beach literally is less than 5 minutesand you walk poolside to get to that so you can be in some cool water in little to no time. One mile walk on the beach to the pier and Boardwalk. The condo was spacious, clean and comfy. Plenty of everything. Having the beach service set up the chairs and umbrella were WONDERFUL. The beach was incredibly beautiful: white, unblemished sand and clear water with multiple sandbars close to shorefo r wading. Having 2-1/2 bathrooms was fantastic! As far as improvements, the kitchen could use some better knives for slicing. I also wished the condo had two portable folding chairs to carry down to the water. Rather than sitting on a blanket to keep an eye on our 2 small children. I considered buying at least one locally, but I didn't think of it soon enough. It would help those of us who are older and have trouble walking on uneven surfaces and getting up from sitting on a blanket. The mattress in the smaller bedroom was unfortunately very uncomfortable, but it was very nice to have access to the balcony from each BR. All in all, we had a great time! Thank you!for wading. One of the best resort type condos in the area. Two pools, one heated (which was needed) a Lilly pad walk across the water challenge, two hot tubs, and a lazy River. The pool side bar was also reasonably priced and the pizza that came out of theshack was off the hook. In the condo, the space was big enough for our two families which included four adults, two littles, and one 10 year old. The bunk bed closet was perfect for the two littles and the pull out sofa was good for the 10 year old though he would have appreciated a bit of privacy to escape the littles that wake up at the crack of Dawn. The decor in the condo was fun but there were WAY too many knick knacks. We get it, beach theme. It was fun, but they really chewed up much needed space. The furniture was functional and the beds were comfortable being equipped with pillow mattress toppers. Kitchen space was very small and the pots and pans to cook with are in need of replacing but i think all owners neglect the pots and pans thinking they will just get ruined so we get it. If you enjoy cooking and have your own stuff that you can travel with easily, bring your two favorite pans and cooking essentials with you to make clean up a bit easier. Kitchen counter space was limited so be careful of how much stuff you bring that will need to be out on the countertop. The condo could use some fresh updated electronics but you get what you get sometimes and we did not go there to watch tv. They could make the place feel bigger by getting rid of the cabinets that house the TVs and mount a couple new more updated flat screens on the walls in both bedrooms as well as the general living area. They did have a USB extension cord there which was thoughtful and helpful as well. The hard laminate floors were mostly trashed due to abuse from years of use and sand from the beach that inevitably comes home with you. Not a big deal but when the weekly rates are as high as they are, it would be nice to see that the floors are maintained. The master bathroom is huge. That is good and bad as it eats up otherwise useful space. My sister in law share a great tip and we used the tubs as storage for luggage and bags that we unpacked. Please note that none of this is to be construed as a complaint, rather just observations. We would definitely go back and would again appreciate the same space. We still give the place/ the space, the resort, and the area 5 stars. If 517a is available, book it. It was worth it. Beach was awesome and the pool area made it all worth it. Hit up FUBAR pizza across the street and make the trip to Destin for McGuire’s as well. Fun town!shack was off the hook.
