Book your dream vacation at Sea Oats condominium located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL! This gulf front beauty sits on the powder white sands and emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Use the private beach access, take a swim in the gulf front swimming pool, soak in the indoor or outdoor hot tubs, stay fit while away from home at the fitness center, play a game of tennis on the lighted tennis court, grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area, or play a game of shuffleboard. Take a walk across the street to enjoy local restaurants such as Stewby’s, or Aj’s Seafood and Oyster Bar. Visit local attractions close by at The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Sea Oats is your ticket to paradise!
This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A beautifully remodeled, fully stocked kitchen with high end appliances and quartz countertops. This kitchen has everything needed for preparing meals. A separate dining area with seating for six. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a large TV, and a private balcony with direct gulf views. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom. A second bedroom with a king size bed and a flat screen TV. A second full size bathroom in the hallway. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

Parking: Two parking passes will be issued for your stay. No boats, RVs, or trailer parking allowed. Parking spaces are available for owners and registered Sea Oats guests only. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner expense.
We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Soap, dish detergent, b each towels, soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels were all included! I was a little surprised there were no beach toys, games in the condo, or seasonings, but it wasn’t a big deal! Everything else was excellent and I would stay there again!

The views are amazing and we loved how we always had a spot to sit pool side and the beach wasn’t crowded like it was in front of other condos. We just checked out of Sea Oats 504 and we had a great week at the beach! We were a group of 5 families, each getting our own unit, and everyone raved about how nice ours was compared to a few of theirs! It’s recently nicely renovated, the ocean view is great, the beds are comfy, and everything was as expected!
