This gulf front beauty sits on the powder white sands and emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Use the private beach access, take a swim in the gulf front swimming pool, soak in the indoor or outdoor hot tubs, stay fit while away from home at the fitness center, play a game of tennis on the lighted tennis court, grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area, or play a game of shuffleboard. Take a walk across the street to enjoy local restaurants such as Stewby’s, or Aj’s Seafood and Oyster Bar. Visit local attractions close by at The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Sea Oats is your ticket to paradise!
This beautifully upgraded, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a separate dining area, and a breakfast bar. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a large flat screen TV, floor-to-ceiling glass sliders with direct gulf views, and a private balcony. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom. A second bedroom with two twin-size beds and a flat screen TV. A second full size bathroom in the hallway. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

Parking: Two parking passes will be issued for your stay. No boats, RVs, or trailer parking allowed. Parking spaces are available for owners and registered Sea Oats guests only. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner expense.
We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

You can watch dolphins jump from t he balcony and enjoy the warm ocean breeze and sit back on the covered deck, eating breakfast in the morning lunch and dinner or just hanging out in the evening time about your day. There is so much to do around the condominium. You really don’t have to go far. You will have to check out Harbour Village walk in Destin as it is a really nice place to go, while we were there, we went on a dolphin excursion and it was top-notch. The staff were awesome on the boat. Lots of great places to eat in the area. AJ was great with southern hospitality at its finest everything you need in the condo for a quick getaway we will be back, we let a lot of nice people at the condo.

We l oved having our coffee, afternoon drinks, our meals, and just lounging time on the balcony and watching the water ! I loved the fighter jets going over the building (I’m sure not everyone would have appreciated that though !! lol ?) it was well situated on Okaloosa Island and within easy walking distance to a number of eateries etc. We hope we can secure this unit again next year for Feb or even January and February!! We ate out each day, but the kitchen appeared s tocked well. The pier fireworks are easily viewed from the balcony. The beach access is easy and quick to get to-a 3-to-5-minute walk. Some restaurants are within quick walking distance too.
