This beautiful condo offers a large open floor plan with third floor direct gulf front views. The floor to ceiling sliders allow natural light and mesmerizing hues of the emerald green waters. Living room boosts a oversized TV with Queen sleeper for extra guests. Dining room can hosts 6 for meals. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a meal. Master hosts a king size bed with a TV. Large walk in shower.  Second bedroom hosts 2 Twin Beds and a TV.  Laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

Wireless internet provided!!
Keyless Entry Lock. Self check in.

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. Beach towels are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.

Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.  Pontoon Boat

Stay along the Emerald Coast in our beachfront Sea Oats condos located on Okaloosa Island. At Fort Walton Beach, the beach is your playground with a beachfront pool and hot tub that connects to a private beach boardwalk with outdoor shower. Sea Oats is close to Fort Walton Beach attractions and restaurants, such as the Boardwalk shops and restaurants, AJ’s,  the famous fishing pier and the Gulfarium.

Parking: There is enough room for one car per unit and a little guest overflow. There is no guaranteed parking beyond those spaces. No boats, RVs or trailers are allowed during the rental season which is spring and summer. Parking spaces are available for owners and registered Sea Oats guests only. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner expense.

The unit was just great - well maintained and clean with all ( in fact more ) of the essentials than we expected !! The view from Unit 305 at Sea Oats was superb!! We l oved having our coffee, afternoon drinks, our meals, and just lounging time on the balcony and watching the water ! I loved the fighter jets going over the building (I’m sure not everyone would have appreciated that though !! lol ?) it was well situated on Okaloosa Island and within easy walking distance to a number of eateries etc.  We hope we can secure this unit again next year for Feb or even January and February!! Great location with amazing gulf view. Stocked for what you need and extras on towels, beach towels, linens and pillows. We ate out each day, but the kitchen appeared s tocked well. The pier fireworks are easily viewed from the balcony. The beach access is easy and quick to get to-a 3-to-5-minute walk. Some restaurants are within quick walking distance too.

Place was wonderful. Would be nice if beach services were included. Unfortunately we selected another unit that had beach services for next year, because it runs about 250 extra for beach chairs for the week. Kimberley service were on top ofeverythin g and texted us about water break in the unit and anything else that we needed. Highly recommend using them for your service. My family has stayed in unit 305 several times and we’ve never been disappointed! It is very clean and comfortable and has everything you could need. I like that the unit is right next to the one set of elevators and you don’t have to walkhalfway across the building like with some other units. My only suggestion would be to add more chairs on the balcony. There were only 2 so my family of 4 could not all sit together outside at the same time. This was my 2nd year booking with this company. Absolutely loved it. Perfect location right on the beach. The unit was awesome for the family to enjoy. The only thing I didn't like is that the building maintenance guy was power washing the exteriorst airs and walkways for two days. Our stay at Sea Oats #305 was great! The room was clean and tidy. The view....perfection! The unit is right by the elevator which we appreciated. The pool water was very warm but didn't stop us from going daily. It was never crowded...most times hadi t to ourselves. There is a condo owner (Walt) who micromanages the area and can be VERY rude and disrespectful to guest (after all, we are ONLY renters)....he sits on the board, you know (smh). He unnecessarily called police on 3 men he felt "didn't belong". They were actually grandson's to a condo owner who were visiting before going back to college. Aside from that, we loved our stay. The fireworks on Wednesday night are beautiful. Short but pretty. I visit Okaloosa twice a year and have stayed many places. This unit will be my goto going forward. Kim Lang's staff is easy to work with and always pleasant.it to ourselves. The condo was absolutely beautiful! The location was a short walk to the beach and the views from the condo were awesome! The shower in the guest bathroom didn’t have non stick pads on the bottom and was slick. And neither bathroom had towelhooks. Add those things and the condo would be perfect.
