This gulf front beauty sits on the powder white sands and emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Use the private beach access, take a swim in the gulf front swimming pool, soak in the indoor or outdoor hot tubs, stay fit while away from home at the fitness center, play a game of tennis on the lighted tennis court, grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area, or play a game of shuffleboard. Take a walk across the street to enjoy local restaurants such as Stewby’s, or Aj’s Seafood and Oyster Bar. Visit local attractions close by at The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Sea Oats is your ticket to paradise!
This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a separate dining area, and a breakfast bar. A living area with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, flat screen TV, and a private balcony with partial gulf views. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom. A second bedroom with a queen-size bed and a flat screen TV. A second full size bathroom in the hallway. Washer and Dryer in unit.

Parking: Two parking passes will be issued for your stay. No boats, RVs, or trailer parking allowed. Parking spaces are available for owners and registered Sea Oats guests only. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner expense.
We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and there was a wonderful supply of towels. We love that Sea Oats is a smaller property and you don't have to fight a big crowd.

Everything we needed

Carts were provided to help with luggage. The bed in the master bedroom was comfy and the master shower was nice, lots of water pressure. The beach was nicely kept as well.

Love this Location! Great condo!
We have used Kimberly Rentals for years with absolutely no issues. This year the initial condo we reserved was going to have construction very close to the day we were arriving and they loved us to a wonderful condo because they didn’t want us to have construction during our stay. The condo we stayed in as always was clean and offered many amenities. Everyone at Kimberly Lang’s provides the best customer service. Can’t wait until next year!

This was our first time staying at Fort Walton Beach. There was plenty of space for my husband and I and our 4 children (12,9,7,4.) The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty o f pillows provided. The location of the condo was perfect, just steps from the pool/hot tub and the beach. We were impressed with what was provided in the condo; plenty of extra towels, dishwasher tabs, dish soap and dish sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap dispensers at every sink, beach towels, trash bags, keurig coffee maker and drip coffee maker, hair dryer, travel size bottles of shampoo/conditioner and bar soap in the bathrooms. There were two chairs and an umbrella set up at the beach for us. We talked with the beach attendant the first day we were there and he reserved our chairs for us every day.

Very clean condo that was nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The place is very conveniently located to the local Air Force base where our family lives. Steps to the beach which is very important to us. A short drive to Destin which is much busier but with so many restaurants and activities. This is our second time with this place and we will definitely be back.

My stay was amazing! From day one it was everything I needed for my long stay in FWB. Even when I had to extend they were super helpful and accommodating.
The condo was very spacious, comfortable, and CLEAN!! It had everything we needed for our vacation. This was the first time we actually stayed in a condo, and the experience was amazing! My husband, boys, and I felt right at home. We were able to eat home cooked meals instead of relying on fast food everyday. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a corkscrew for my wine. The beds were very comfortable and big. There was even laundry detergent to wash clothes before our trip back home which was very nice of the owner to think of. From the condo itself to the beach supplies, I was very impressed! Booking was also super easy and detailed. The only bad thing I can say is that I didn't want to come back home!! I can go on and on about how awesome this condo was, but I'm sure you get my point lol. I highly recommend Kimberly Lang Condos for a family vacation!
