This gulf front beauty sits on the powder white sands and emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Use the private beach access, take a swim in the gulf front swimming pool, soak in the indoor or outdoor hot tubs, stay fit while away from home at the fitness center, play a game of tennis on the lighted tennis court, grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area, or play a game of shuffleboard. Take a walk across the street to enjoy local restaurants such as Stewby’s, or Aj’s Seafood and Oyster Bar. Visit local attractions close by at The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Sea Oats is your ticket to paradise!

This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a separate dining area, and a breakfast bar. A living area with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, flat screen TV, and a private balcony with partial gulf views. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom. A second bedroom with a queen-size bed and a flat screen TV. A second full size bathroom in the hallway. Washer and Dryer in unit.

Parking: Two parking passes will be issued for your stay. No boats, RVs, or trailer parking allowed. Parking spaces are available for owners and registered Sea Oats guests only. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner expense.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

One of the area’s only All Local dedicated teams. Always available if you need us.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

It was beautiful and spacious! We loved having our own home away from home while on our Girls trip! The beach was gorgeous with soft, white sand and so close and easy to get to. The pool area was very nice and a good place to relax when the ocean was a little too rough!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit had everything you would need for your stay. The property was very quiet and not crowded at all. It was nice to have beach chairs and umbrella provided. The beach was beautiful. The pool area was very nice as well. We would return to this property again but would book an ocean front unit rather than the ocean view. Thank u for making everything so easy such as check in, check out and answering promptly when I emailed you.

Everything we needed

Condo had everything we needed for our stay. The beach chair service was a super nice touch. Felt safe with all th e security codes in and out of the area. Carts were provided to help with luggage. The bed in the master bedroom was comfy and the master shower was nice, lots of water pressure. The beach was nicely kept as well.

Great Spot and Location!

We took a long weekend trip to Ft Walton Beach and stayed in this unit. There were 4 of us, and it was perfect! It's sp acious, and very cozy. The online pics completely portray the unit. The location is convenient for Ft Walton Beach, and the trip to Destin (which we also love), was just a short trip. 10/10 recommend!

We have used Kimberly Rentals for years with absolutely no issues. This year the initial condo we reserved was going to have construction very close to the day we were arriving and they loved us to a wonderful condo because they didn’t want us toha ve construction during our stay. This was our first time staying at Fort Walton Beach. There was plenty of space for my husband and I and our 4 children (12,9,7,4.) The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows provided. The location of the condo was perfect, justs teps from the pool/hot tub and the beach. We were impressed with what was provided in the condo; plenty of extra towels, dishwasher tabs, dish soap and dish sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap dispensers at every sink, beach towels, trash bags, keurig coffee maker and drip coffee maker, hair dryer, travel size bottles of shampoo/conditioner and bar soap in the bathrooms. Boogie boards and sand toys are listed in the description of the condo but I was told that they no longer provide them. There were two chairs and an umbrella set up at the beach for us. We talked with the beach attendant the first day we were there and he reserved our chairs for us every day.steps from the pool/hot tub and the beach. Wonderful unit, clean & very comfortable!! Beach access & attendant were also great!! I would stay here again! I would pay if the option was available to have groceries delivered on the day of arrival as we came in late. Also, publictransportation is nearly non existent so maybe advise guests in advance. Very clean condo that was nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The couch could be updated but had ample sitting area in the living room. The place is very conveniently located to the local Air Force base where our family lives. Steps tot he beach which is very important to us. A short drive to Destin which is much busier but with so many restaurants and activities. The condo was very spacious, comfortable, and CLEAN!! It had everything we needed for our vacation. This was the first time we actually stayed in a condo, and the experience was amazing! My husband, boys, and I felt right at home. We were able toeat home cooked meals instead of relying on fast food everyday. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a corkscrew for my wine??. The beds were very comfortable and big. There was even laundry detergent to wash clothes before our trip back home which was very nice of the owner to think of. From the condo itself to the beach supplies, I was very impressed! Booking was also super easy and detailed. The only bad thing I can say is that I didn't want to come back home!! I can go on and on about how awesome this condo was, but I'm sure you get my point lol.
