This beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing family meals, a dining area, a main living area with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, smart TV, and private balcony. A master bedroom with a king size bed, private bathroom, a smart TV, and balcony access. A second master bedroom includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and bathroom. A third bedroom includes twin size beds and a smart TV. Third full bathroom in the hallway. Washer and dryer in unit!

Smoking is prohibited inside the unit and on balconies or patios. Smoking is allowed in the parking area only!
We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Love, love, love this condo!! We stay here every year for our annual girls trip and the condo is perfect! They layout for each room to have its own bathroom, the central location to Fort Walton and Destin and the beautiful beach is only a couple of reasons we love it so much.

I came with my friends to celebrate my 50th birthday and the condo was perfect! There was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. Our favor ite thing was the view from sitting on the balcony…amazing!

Our stay at 601 Island Princess was great. The assigned covered parking spot is right by the center elevator and they had carts that made moving our things to the condo a breeze. Even be tter, there is an elevator on the end of the complex within 25 feet of the condo door. It was rarely used and was a great benefit. The condo was just as advertised and extremely well stocked. It was ready on time and very clean. The balcony is one of the ones sticking out so the view was amazing. The Boardwalk has fireworks every Wednesday night and we had an unobstructed view. There are many excellent restaurants near by and Destin is a short drive away. We found the restaurants at The Boardwalk fantastic. If you request to sit outside, it may take a little longer, but it is well worth it. We rented the pontoon boat available through the property management company and it was the highlight of our trip. It was a short drive from the condo and there is a Publix on the way where we got subs, drinks, and ice for the adventure. The pontoon boat was waiting and Zack had a cart ready to move our things to the boat. The pontoon boat was immaculate and ran smoothly. The large cover was very welcome with the sun and heat. Zack told us places we might consider going and things we could do. His information was invaluable. We had so much fun, but were so tired we were ready to cut the day a little short. We called Zack, told him when we would be back, and he was waiting at the dock with a cart. The thing that really stood out with Kimberly Lang’s team was their knowledge and they were outstanding communicators.

Perfect location and excellent accommodations. Unit is well cared for, nice amenities and a roomy open layout. Can’t get much closer to the beach. An umbrella and two chairs were s et up for the units each morning, we rented additional chairs and an umbrella from the beach attendant. The beach was great!

Perfect Getaway!
We had all the amenities.
This is a very spacious and comfortable condo. Each bedroom has a king bed and huge bathroom.
The unit was very nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were great. The kitchen had everything we needed including a full size washer and dryer.
The condo was well laid out, very stylish. Lots of storage.
It was beautiful, very clean, amazing place to stay, I can't wait to come again
