You will feel like you are home at this cozy cottage located in Miramar Beach, FL. These uniquely designed two story condominiums all face the pool so you can watch the kids play from the comfort of your patio. This ground floor, easy-access, pool-side unit allows you to pull right up to your front door and enter the property. This property is centrally located close to local beaches, restaurants, shopping, and attractions.
This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom property includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a dining area, and a breakfast bar. A living room which includes a 55" TV/DVD player that is a great setting for family movie night. A master bedroom with a queen size bed, a 40" TV/DVD player, and a master bathroom with a shower/tub combo for your convenience. A guest bedroom that includes two twin beds, a 42" TV/ DVD player, and a full-size bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

No boat or trailer parking allowed. This unit has a marked parking space and a visitor spot. All vehicles must display a parking pass. Without a parking pass your vehicle will be subject to towing. No commercial vehicles allowed on property overnight.
Patios and balconies are for organized patio furniture only. No coolers, bikes, towels hanging over railings, or like items.
We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of the Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

Great condo for family vacation
by Jessica L.This house was perfect. It was very clean when we arrived. The property manager responded promptly. The condo is a bout three blocks from the beach. It’s a very close walk. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the house was well appointed. We rented a golf cart from Beach Better Golf Carts. I highly recommend them.

This was helpful for my dad, who has a hard time walking.The pool is close by and well maintained. Inside the unit was great. It is well cleaned and stocked with everything you need. The extra special touches like hooks for towels by the door and extra plugs and USB chargers as well as extra paper and cleaning products were great. The unit is very close to the beach and an easy walk with the beach wagon to get all our gear to the public beach access. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook great meals in and avoid the summer crowds in the restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!
