Miramar Beach Villas is an exclusive townhome community located along Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, FL. Guests of Miramar Beach Villas have easy access to the beaches of The Gulf of Mexico via the private beach access just a short walk away. Relax after a day at the beach with a dip in the swimming pool or hot tub, sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunsets, or venture out to one of the many restaurants located close by. The nearby Whale's Tail restaurant is a family favorite within walking distance. Miramar Beach offers many restaurants, local attractions, shopping malls, and sporting activities for the whole family.
This 3 bedroom/3 bathroom townhome includes: Three floors of living space with three outdoor areas to relax (Two private balconies and a back porch with a grill). The fireplace is not available for use. Washer and dryer in unit.
The first floor: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar, and a separate dining area. A living area big enough for the whole family to relax. A downstairs bedroom with a queen size bed, a 32" flat screen TV, a full size bathroom with shared hallway access, a lovely patio in a wooded setting, and a gas grill.
The second floor: A spacious master suite with a king size bed, a 32"TV, and a large private bathroom with a soaking tub. A private deck just off of the master bedroom. A second bedroom with a set of twin size beds, a flat screen TV, a full-size bathroom, and a private balcony. A set of bunk beds in the hallway.
The third floor: A top level spacious sitting area (Perfect for the kids with plenty of movies, games, books, and a flat screen TV). A private balcony off this room with views of the gulf across the street.

Parking: 3 parking passes issued for your stay. Scooters, mopeds, motorcycles, bikes, golf carts, or trailers of any kind are not permitted to park at the property.
Absolutely NO TENTS or Canopies on the Beach
We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.
One of the area’s only All Local dedicated teams. Always available if you need us.
We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

The condo was in good shape. Very close to the beach and good restaurants. We had a great time.

Res taurants, shops and bars within walking distance. Communication easy and prompt with rental company. Very accommodating, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again in this property and/or with Kimberly Lang properties.

The condo had plenty of space and was well stocked with soap, towels, and plenty of blankets. Anytime we reached out for assistance, someone answered or got back to us immediately! Great customer service and we had a lovely stay. Would definitely rent here again and specifically with this company!

Funtime in Miramar Beach

Miramar Beach Villa filled that bill perfectly. Within walking distance to just about anything & everything we needed/wanted. The pool was great and the whole family loved the beach, which was so close. Loved it. We will definitely consider returning. We enjoyed our stay. Accommodations were very nice and the location was great. Private access beach meant that we didn’t have to fight the crowds at the beach. There are a lot of d ifferent eating places very near by. Our group of 8 fit comfortably. The villa is in a gated community across from private beach access and it is a nice and quiet area. The kids loved the pool. We would definitely choose the area and villa again!

This was a wonderful house! Very clean with everything we needed. The biggest pros was the incredibly short walk to the beach (just right across the street) and the beds and pillows were so comfortable (maybe the most comfortable I have ever had in a rental)!

The Kim Lang staff are very interactive through the Guest Chat and responded quickly to any que stions. Rental has tons of space and was clean and well kept. Great location, quick walk across the street to beach, tons of restaurants and shopping right in Miramar Beach. Destin is a quick 15-20 minute drive for even more attractions. My family all agreed they want to rent the same house for our next vacation!

We had a great time! The villa was just what we needed for 7 people. We had plenty of room and bathrooms, so we weren’t on top of each other. We loved how close we were to the priv ate beach! The provided beach chairs, umbrella and wagon were very handy. We would definitely go back.

The walk to the beach isn’t bad at all, depending on what unit you stay in all you have to do is walk across the parking lot and across the street and thru the private gate and you’re there! A wonderful stay in the property for my wife and I. We celebrated our anniversary and spend few days in the property. I communicated with the property management and had flowers delivere d in the property before our arrival. What a great company to work with! I will be back for many years to come!

We loved this condo for its incredible location, fun tropical decor, the thoughtfulness put into guests needs and easy check-in/out process. This unit was great for our family of 4. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable and relaxing. Also, we were thankful for the beach cart the owners provided. I would definitely recommend.

We had an awesome time at this home. It was a 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. All the rooms were wonderful! Our big party fit perfectly! The pool was nice!
The best vacation we have ever had! Weather was cold but we found everything we needed in the home to keep us entertained. Shopping is very close by and we loved some of the local restau rants! Oh and you can walk to the restaurants!
