Miramar Beach Villas is an exclusive townhome community located along Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, FL. Guests of Miramar Beach Villas have easy access to the beaches of The Gulf of Mexico via the private beach access just a short walk away. Relax after a day at the beach with a dip in the swimming pool or hot tub, sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunsets, or venture out to one of the many restaurants located close by. The nearby Whale's Tail restaurant is a family favorite within walking distance. Miramar Beach offers many restaurants, local attractions, shopping malls, and sporting activities for the whole family.

This 3 bedroom/3 bathroom townhome includes: Two floors of living space with three outdoor areas to relax (Two private balconies and a back porch and a grill).

The first floor: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar, and a separate dining area. A living area big enough for the whole family to relax. A downstairs bedroom with a queen size bed, a flat screen TV, a full-size bathroom with shared hallway access, a lovely patio in a wooded setting, and a gas grill.

The second floor: A master bedroom with a king size bed, a twin-size bed with an additional twin size trundle bed pullout, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom. A set of twin size bunk beds are located in the hallway outside this room. A third bedroom with a queen size bed, full size bathroom with shared hallway access, and a private balcony.

Parking: Three parking passes will be issued for your stay. Scooters, mopeds, motorcycles, bikes, golf carts, or trailers of any kind are not permitted to park at the property.

Absolutely NO TENTS or Canopies on the Beach

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

One of the area’s only All Local dedicated teams. Always available if you need us.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

Stayed here for a quick family trip. The house was very clean and well equipped. The property is very close to beach, you just need to cross the road. The rooms were cl ean and there were plenty of beds for big group. I would highly recommend this place.

2nd Visit, we continue to come back

We liked it so much we have booked it for a third year. Everything a person could need for a successful stay in Miramar is there - towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, a grill & coo king tools -who could ask for anything more! The unit is always clean upon arrival and the beach is only a 5 minute walk away! It even has a pool it's nice to sit by & visit with new friends, read a book or just relax & enjoy the abundant sunshine! We are looking forward to our return trip!

Beautiful, clean two story coastal home! It's tucked away from traffic and noise but only a few feet away from the private pool and the villas gated beach access. It has a well equipped kitchen, spacemaker washer/dryer tower on the upper floor andbea ch umbrellas and chairs on the lower rear lanai off of the downstairs master suite. I'm happy to share that there were no burned out lights in the whole house! Kimberly and associates are always gracious and ready to help with any problem! Our stay at Miramar Villas #116 was wonderful. The condo was delightfully bright & had a well equipped kitchen. The only drawback we found was the lack of blankets. We could walk across the parking lot to get to pool and back to the unit for a drink if you wanted. The beach accessis also just across the street.
