This incredible property is located at The Terrace inside The Pelican Beach Resort in Destin, FL. Local resorts cannot compare to the diversity and selection found at The Resorts of Pelican Beach. In season, enjoy a snack at the poolside deli and provisions shop, or cool off with a frosty beverage at the beachfront bar. Relax at the beach or take a dip in one of the two community pools. Relax in the hot tub. Visit Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park located directly across the street. Take the short drive to the Destin Harbor and enjoy the shopping, dining, and fireworks at the Harborwalk Pavilion. The options are limitless at this centrally located beach resort!

This 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condominium includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar, and a separate dining area. A living room area with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a flat screen TV, and private balcony with views of The Terrace pool and lake. A master bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom. A second master bedroom with a queen size bed and full-size bathroom. A third bedroom with two twin beds. A full-size washer and dryer.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Great Place!
Kimberly Lang and associates did a great job from start to finish. The unit was well-appointed and exactly as photographed. It contained everything we could possibly ne ed to cook meals, snacks and prepare drinks. We loved the in-unit laundry, beach towels provided, chairs/wagon and plenty of linens. Unit 201 Pelican Terrace was an ideal location! I highly recommend it. We will likely stay here again!

There was a heated pool and hot tu b right on our grounds, which was not super busy, so had lots of room to play in the water. The condo was very clean and everything was easy to operate! It is clean, spacious, quiet, grea t location, very well stocked, beautiful pool, and the management is on their game!!!! They were so incredibly helpful and easy to work with, making the stay so enjoyable. 10/10 recommend getting the boat with your stay. What a great day spent at Crab Island. Zach at the marina was awesome as well. I will be back!!!

Great location, very cozy vacation home! Minutes from the boardwalks, and 4-5mins walk to the private beach, our family enjoyed the stay. Miss Kimberly Lang was very helpful throughout t he booking and checking processes, the home is as stock up with appliances as described. Would definitely recommend this!

Beautiful property and great location. Very well maintained and has all the convenience of home.

The place is very much what was described and how it looks like in all of the picture. Very spacious and has a very comfortable, you feel very secure in the 24 hour security and are well situated for restaurants and shopping.

We've stayed at the Terrace for 5 years in a row and enjoyed each trip. It has just what our family of 5 needs; nice pool and hot tub, an exercise room, parking garage (if the owner has a spot) and is located off the beach a bit so you don't have quite as many visitors.
