Book your dream vacation at Sea Oats condominium located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL! This gulf front beauty sits on the powder white sands and emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Use the private beach access, take a swim in the gulf front swimming pool, soak in the indoor or outdoor hot tubs, stay fit while away from home at the fitness center, play a game of tennis on the lighted tennis court, grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area, or play a game of shuffleboard. Take a walk across the street to enjoy local restaurants such as Stewby’s, or Aj’s Seafood and Oyster Bar. Visit local attractions close by at The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Sea Oats is your ticket to paradise!

This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a separate dining area, and a breakfast bar. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a flat screen TV, and a private balcony with partial gulf views. A master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom. A second bedroom with a queen size bed and flat screen TV. A second full size bathroom in the hallway. Washer and dryer in unit.

Parking: Two parking passes will be issued for your stay. No boats, RVs, or trailer parking allowed. Parking spaces are available for owners and registered Sea Oats guests only. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner expense.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

One of the area’s only All Local dedicated teams. Always available if you need us.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

10/10- fantastic location for beach and other activity access. Fantastic location for access to food and groceries. Very nice area felt safe. The condo was extremely we ll maintained and very clean! Usually, beach properties are a bit run down or have some mold / bugs but this location was top notch. We had everything we needed and super comfortable. Highly recommend.

This was my 2nd year at Fort Walton Beach-same condo at Sea Oats. Absolutely love the location with pool and beach even though this year wasn’t as warm as last year. Miniature golf, ice cream, very good seafood and restaurants right across theroad or take a beautiful, relaxing stroll down to the pier for more delicious food! Everything in our room was just as described. Communication with this group is above and beyond what I’d expected, and I rent often. Each time I had a question, or let them know we’d arrived, or vacated our room for the week, I received aresponse within just a few minutes. If I’d had a problem, I expect it would have been handled just as quickly. My daughter, who lives in the area, and is a ReMax agent and has also worked in the rental industry, was also very positive when she learned I’d rented through Kimberly Lang, saying “they’re always very good.” Highly recommend this company.response within just a few minutes. The unit was very nice and very clean. We did receive an email prior to arrival that there were kayaks available to us, however, we were then told they were not. There was no detergent in the unit so we just grabbed some while we were out. The checko ut was 10 am, however, housekeeping came into the unit at 0930, without knocking. They were apologetic, but at least a knock before entering would have helped. The location was pretty good with direct access to the beach. The chairs and umbrella were limited to a first come first serve basis, so make sure you reserve one first thing if you want it for the day, they pick them up at 6pm.
