Enjoy this newly updated Sea Oats condo with heaps of southern coastal charm for your next beach vacation. Take in striking partial views of the Gulf from the private, covered balcony and mere steps away from the sugar white sand and emerald green water of the Gulf, your family can relax and unwind with all the comforts of home in this two bedroom, two bathroom condo rental.
Open living room with beach-inspired décor and large, floor-to-ceiling windows. The fully-equipped kitchen is complete with everything your family needs for home cooked meals (Regular and Keurig Coffee Maker) With a pillow top king bed in the master, two twins in second room (which can also be pushed together to make a King) and new memory foam sleeper sofa, this condo can comfortably accommodate six. Flat screen TVs and DVD players throughout will allow everyone to enjoy their favorite movie during downtime.

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. Beach towels are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Â Pontoon Boat
Stay along the Emerald Coast in our beachfront Sea Oats condos located on Okaloosa Island. At Fort Walton Beach, the beach is your playground with a beachfront pool and hot tub that connects to a private beach boardwalk with outdoor shower. Sea Oats is close to Fort Walton Beach attractions and restaurants, such as the Boardwalk shops and restaurants, AJ’s, the famous fishing pier and the Gulfarium.

Parking: There is enough room for one car per unit and a little guest overflow. There is no guaranteed parking beyond those spaces. No boats, RVs or trailers are allowed during the rental season which is spring and summer. Parking spaces are available for owners and registered Sea Oats guests only. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner expense.

The grocery stores are close by and we loved eating at Stewby’s which is right across the street. It took us less than 10 minutes to drive over to Destin one evening for shopping and eating out. We would definitely book with you again!it was our first time to stay in Ft. Walton. I think we liked it better! Just wanted to let you know that the living room furniture needs to be replaced. You sit on couch and chairs and you end up sinking down and end up sitting in the frame. Extremely uncomfortable. The owner replaced the crock pot right away, which Iapp
