Book your dream vacation at Sea Oats condominium located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL! This gulf front beauty sits on the powder white sands and emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Use the private beach access, take a swim in the gulf front swimming pool, soak in the indoor or outdoor hot tubs, stay fit while away from home at the fitness center, play a game of tennis on the lighted tennis court, grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area, or play a game of shuffleboard. Take a walk across the street to enjoy local restaurants such as Stewby’s, or Aj’s Seafood and Oyster Bar. Visit local attractions close by at The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Sea Oats is your ticket to paradise!
This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a separate dining area, and breakfast bar. A living room with a queen size sofa (With memory foam mattress for extra guests), flat screen TV/DVD player, and private balcony with partial gulf views. A master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom. A second bedroom with a King bed and flat screen TV. A second full size bathroom in the hallway. Washer and dryer in unit.

Parking: Two parking passes will be issued for your stay. No boats, RVs, or trailer parking allowed. Parking spaces are available for owners and registered Sea Oats guests only. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner expense.
We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

Always a great time at the beach and dealing with Kimberly Lang rentals really makes the stay enjoyable unit 408 Sea Oats was very clean and comfortable with a great be ach vibe.

This is our third time staying in this unit, and it’s always a good stay. Reasonably priced (especially utilizing the return stay discount), perfect location on the beach for acces s to our volleyball tournament and within walking distance of everything we need. Perfect, low key spot for a relaxing trip.

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Oats! The room was very clean when we arrived, the beds were comfortable, and the decor was nice. We normally stay in either Pensacola Beach or Destin but this was an impromptu trip that we decided to take last minute and it was our first time to stay in Ft. Walton. I think we liked it better! Not having to deal with the nightmare traffic of Destin every time we left the condo was a huge plus. The grocery stores are close by and we loved eating at Stewby’s which is right across the street. It took us less than 10 minutes to drive over to Destin one evening for shopping and eating out. We would definitely book with you again!
