Lakeview condominium is located in Miramar Beach, FL. This is a small, uncrowded complex that is the perfect beach getaway for a couple or a small family of four. It is just steps across the street to private beach access and white sandy beaches of The Gulf of Mexico. Miramar Beach has so much to offer in restaurants, entertainment, local attractions, and entertainment. This is the spot to get away in paradise!
This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a living area that has a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, and a large flat screen TV. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a private bathroom, and a large flat screen TV. A half bathroom in the hallway. Washer and dryer in unit.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be eserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

Such a nice condo! Super clean, great kitchen and bathroom. Loved the tv and the sweet balcony to enjoy breakfast at. Very quiet and wonderful king bed and pillows. Spa cious bedroom. We will return hopefully soon.

Everything was as described. A clean and cozy place across from the beach that served as base camp for two of us attending a weekend concert series nearby. Staff were r esponsive to questions. Door code made check in and entry seamless. Having gas station next door was handy for beer and snacks. Overall, a very positive experience.

This condo is a great place to stay for a couple of two. A great job with the renovations! My husband and I agree, that it's an affordable place to choose for vacation. It was located ri ght where we always choose to stay when we visit Destin annually. Very conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. We will continue to choose this condo for as long as the up keep continues. See you next year!

Great spot. Easy beach access. Right next to convenience store, coffee shop, ice cream, and pizza shop. Twenty minute walk to restaurants and shopping. The house has everything you need. Towels, chairs for the beach…soap and shampoo… laundry detergent for washer and dryer….great location and a great stay.

Location was great, unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate. The bed was great. Slept like a baby.
Place was really nice and short walk to the beach. The gas station next to it is nice, you can walk to it and get a few items you might need.

The first night we ate at Whale's Tail restaurant which is right down the street. The food was delicious and the ocean view was perfect. I will definitely be coming back for another trip.

The condo was perfect for what we needed - across the street from the beach with private access, a kitchen to prepare our own meals, parking right out front. It was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. I especially loved the outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach, the layout of the condo and having a washer and dryer right there for me. I'd recommend this to anyone with a small family that's looking for a comfortable place to stay while visiting the Destin area, especially if you're on a budget!
