Sunset Cottages located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL is the perfect spot for your beach vacation! This low-rise, 19-unit property is nestled along the white sandy beaches of The Gulf of Mexico and allows guests to enjoy a vacation filled with peace and uncrowded beaches. The courtyard style architecture puts the swimming pool in the center of the complex for easy access. Each unit has private balconies or patios allowing for a wonderful place to unwind. Enjoy nearby restaurants, entertainment, entertainment, and shopping. Retreat and relax while making great memories along the beaches of The Emerald Coast
This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a dining area, and balcony access off the kitchen. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV. A set of twin bunk beds in the hallway (Great for the kids). A master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, bathroom access to shared hallway bathroom, and balcony access. Full size bathroom in the hallway. Washer and dryer in unit.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this time frame you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

Loved being close to the beach with the beach chairs and umbrella included. Cottage was clean, neat and well organized. Enjoyed the pool more than usual since the seawe ed was so bad. Thank you.

We had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of pillows and extra blankets and towels. 2 balconies. Pool! Free beach service with chairs and umbrella. Staff through the rental company were super friendly and helpful. We rented the pontoon boat through the company. Zach was very friendly and super informative. We stayed an extra night. Amazing!
+ MoreOur stay at Kimberly Lang Vacation Rentals was nothing short of amazing. All we did was go to the beach and relax in the condo. But that was just what we needed. We enj oyed all the complimentary laundry/dish/bath & body soaps that were provided. The puzzles were fun to do in the evenings to pass time. The distance to the beach and the complimentary beach chair service was perfect! No need to carry any unnecessary thing down to our chairs other than our cooler. All the information we needed about the condo was easy to access through the guest portal provided. Any question we had was one simple text away. I highly recommend Kimberly Lang Vacation Rentals for anyone.

Excellent place. We felt like home, we found everything that we need. Also this place is quiet, family kind, everyone respects everyone. I loved staying at your cozy cottage! I loved the bedroom with plenty of natural light. Everything was perfect!
Our 2nd year in this unit, and stay was great. We have a 5 yr old and 1 yr old, and the room size is perfect for the four of us. Pack and play fits in main bedroom with room to spare. Th e pool was never crowded, and the walk to the beach is very short, no streets to cross. Thank you for another great year of memories!

Our stay was wonderful! The space and accommodations were top notch and helped us feel comfortable. The walk to the beach is short and such easy access! We really enjoyed Tijuana Flats ( Mexican) for dinner one night and went back again before we left. The Publix grocery is nearby also, as well as a little Tom Thumb market too, so we cooked almost all our meals in the condo. Overall a truly wonderful stay!

Absolutely the best experience in stays we have had while in FL. Gorgeous condo, all the amenities we needed and an amazing king bed in the bedroom. Bunk beds were perfect for our two li ttles. The walk to the beach was literally less than 2 minutes. You can see your kids in the pool from your deck. I just can’t say enough about this condo. We will be coming back for sure.

We had a great vacation on this property. It was perfect for our family with young kids. We were steps away from the community pool and the beach. Everything was clean and comfortable. W e cooked all of our meals and had everything we needed. The complimentary beach towels, laundry detergent, and dish soap was so nice to have for our short trip! We didn’t have to buy anything but food. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
