Sunset Cottages located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL is the perfect spot for your beach vacation! This low-rise, 19-unit property is nestled along the white sandy beaches of The Gulf of Mexico and allows guests to enjoy a vacation filled with peace and uncrowded beaches. The courtyard style architecture puts the swimming pool in the center of the complex for easy access. Each unit has private balconies or patios allowing for a wonderful place to unwind. Enjoy nearby restaurants, entertainment, entertainment, and shopping. Retreat and relax while making great memories along the beaches of The Emerald Coast

This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a dining area, and balcony access off the kitchen. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV. A set of twin bunk beds in the hallway (Great for the kids). A master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, bathroom access to shared hallway bathroom, and balcony access. Full size bathroom in the hallway. Washer and dryer in unit.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

One of the area’s only All Local dedicated teams. Always available if you need us.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this time frame you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

Excellent place. We felt like home, we found everything that we need. Also this place is quiet, family kind, everyone respects everyone. It might take me awhile to leave this feedback. Our association with Kimberly Lane is nothing short of wonderful. Always ready to help with any concerns we have. However, when our condo was invaded with water (boo, nature), we were placed downthe str eet in a 700 square foot condo-no view of the beach (which we paid for) and stomping running kids above us. Not happy. No one's fault--but we were ready to leave. My $60 shoes are ruined and I am missing some cords. Our 2nd year in this unit, and stay was great. We have a 5 yr old and 1 yr old, and the room size is perfect for the four of us. Pack and play fits in main bedroom with room to spare. If you want a comfortable, family friendly condo, this is it. Very close walk to the beach, but just be advised that you don’t have a direct view of the water bc it’s kinda behind a larger condo…but it’s still a much closer walk than if youst ayed at a huge resort. Our stay was wonderful! The space and accommodations were top notch and helped us feel comfortable. The walk to the beach is short and such easy access! We really enjoyed Tijuana Flats (Mexican) for dinner one night and went back again before weleft. The Publix grocery is nearby also, as well as a little Tom Thumb market too, so we cooked almost all our meals in the condo. Overall a truly wonderful stay!left. We loved staying at Sunset Cottages. The pool was a plus after a day out on the beach. It was very nice that it was a short ride to get to restaurants, stores, etc. The cottage was beautifully decorated. The only thing that we disliked was thecleanli ness of the cottage and the slow drain in the shower. The floor was very dirty, still with sand and the floor left our feet black. Absolutely the best experience in stays we have had while in FL. Gorgeous condo, all the amenities we needed and an amazing king bed in the bedroom. Bunk beds were perfect for our two littles. We had a great vacation on this property. It was perfect for our family with young kids. We were steps away from the community pool and the beach. Everything was clean and comfortable.
