This gulf front beauty sits on the powder white sands and emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Use the private beach access, take a swim in the gulf front swimming pool, soak in the indoor or outdoor hot tubs, stay fit while away from home at the fitness center, play a game of tennis on the lighted tennis court, grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area, or play a game of shuffleboard. Take a walk across the street to enjoy local restaurants such as Stewby’s, or Aj’s Seafood and Oyster Bar. Visit local attractions close by at The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Sea Oats is your ticket to paradise!
This Condo is located on the GROUND FLOOR with easy in and out access! The back gated patio is just steps to the pool area. Look out your back door and watch the kids playing in the pool!
This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a dining area with seating for six, a breakfast bar, and a living area with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests. A master bedroom with a king-size bed, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. A second bedroom with twin over queen size bunk bed and a twin trundle bed pullout underneath. A second hall bathroom with access from the second bedroom. Washer and dryer in unit.

Parking: Two parking passes will be issued for your stay. No boats, RVs, or trailer parking allowed. Parking spaces are available for owners and registered Sea Oats guests only. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner expense.
We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

Wonderful stay!!
Location was perfect. Everything we needed in a stay. Used the pool for hours daily. Right outside the condo was great with small kiddos. Beach with just a short walk f rom the back door. We were sad to go!

What a great condo. The first floor is great. You can walk right out to the pool and the beach. The location of the condo is perfect. You can walk across the street and hang out at the l ittle restaurant and listen to the band play. The pontoon boat rental was a great bonus. We will be back.

Eating in the restaurants and enjoying all the southern seafood wa s so much fun. The condo was beautiful and made us feel so cozy. The property manager Kim Lang is the best. We hope to return.

We were able to park al most right by the entry door to unpack our truck. Also, we were able to walk right out the back sliding door and go straight to the pool/beach! Super easy access!!! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There was ice cream and golf within walking distance. Also, the beach wasn’t crowded by this condo since it's a smaller unit. Further down the beach looked like swarming ants of people! Would stay again and again!!

by Maureen S.We stayed at Sea Oats #103 right after Labor Day. Everything was wonderful in the condo. It was reasonably priced and right next to the pool which was very convenient. The 2nd bedroom had a very nice bunk bed with the bottom bed being a lot bigger than the pictures looked. The master bed was also very comfortable. The pool was very well maintained, and 2 beach chairs were included in the condo price. A pier was very close by, and we watched a great sunset from there. We also watched the dolphins frolicking near the pier. Beach towels were included in the rental, but we didn’t find them until the last day. They were in a basket to the right side of the TV.

Great Condo for small family
by Tina R.Great location on the ocean. Clean property. In walking distance to great restaurants. Not as congested as Destin, but a short drive to Destin if you want to go. Beds a re comfortable. It is a small condo but for a small family it will be perfect. The primary bedroom is spacious, bathroom smaller size. The second bedroom is a decent size. It has a Queen bed with a bunk over it and trundle pull out. This was different than we expected. The second bathroom was a good size. You walk out your door and less than 100 yds you are on the beach. The beach service was great and the water was beautiful .
