Walk right out to the beach! There is nothing like the million-dollar views from the rooftop pool deck! This property is close to all local restaurants, entertainment, and attractions. Visit The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing, or The Boardwalk just up the road. You can even bring your pet!
This 1 bedroom/2 bathroom property includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a living area with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, separate dining area, and a private balcony. A master bedroom with a king size bed, private bathroom, and flat screen TV. A second full size bathroom in the hallway. Washer and dryer.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

The place was great and would love to stay again.
The beachfront view was amazing! The unit we stayed in was well equipped with cooking supplies, basic spices and cooking oil would have been nice. Kitchen and bathrooms need updating to keep cleanliness.

by Stephen A.This condo provided everything that we needed for our vacation. We were directly on the beach, where we enjoyed watching the dolphins, sting rays and pelicans. We also go t to see some of the helicopters up close as they flew along the shoreline. When we first arrived, I left the code to enter the condo in the condo. The management was contacted and within in minutes they were in contact with us even though it was after hours. I really appreciated the managements quick response! The condo was equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. The view from the kitchen while I was cooking, was amazing! We brought our 2 Dachshunds, a dog bed was provided. There was an area near the road that our dogs could utilize, which also had a station that provided bags for your dogs waste and a trash can for that as well. We found the peace and quiet that we were looking for in our vacation. The pool on the roof is wonderful. We would definitely stay at Gulfside again.

We enjoyed our stay at Gulfside 602. Everything was nice and clean. The bed was wonderful and the pillows were very nice. The sleeper sofa was good as well. The showers and bathrooms wer e clean with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. We had stayed here last year as well and the concerns we brought up at that time had been taken care of. The view from the balcony is fantastic.

The condo has a perfect view of the beach. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. There is plenty of room for a family of 4. We enjoyed the 3 minutes walk t o the beach. We were close to great restaurants.
