Island Princess has a premier location on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This property provides direct beach access along with guaranteed beachfront views of The Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy direct beach access, gulf front swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, and grilling area. Island Princess is close to all local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment. Spend the day at The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, The Boardwalk, or take the short drive to Destin. (The World's Luckiest Fishing Village). This family-favorite resort will keep you coming back year after year!
This large 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing family meals, a dining area, a main living area with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, Smart TV, and private balcony. A master bedroom with a king size bed, private bathroom, and balcony access. A second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and private bathroom. A third bedroom with a twin over full-size bunk bed and an adjoining door to shared bathroom with living area. Washer and dryer in unit!

Smoking is prohibited inside the unit and on balconies or patios. Smoking is allowed in the parking area only!
We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht

Kimberly Lang properties are always the best. Always clean, well equipped, the beds are always comfortable and they provide beach towels! The only place I’ve ever stayed that provides beach towels. I’ll never stay with another property rental company in the Ft Walton area!

Right on the beach, but not too crowded. Close to local restaurants and adventures. We visited Destin for one day and took a ride to Crab Island. That was so fun. Go to McGuires Irish pub if you get the chance. Five stars on everything. We will return.

+ MoreFirst, this is one of the finest beaches in Florida - beautiful white sand, gentle waves, and quiet surroundings. Then you can top it by staying at this condo unit. It is spacious, clean , and well-appointed. The fifth-floor location makes it above the beach noise (except for the lull of waves) yet is easily accessed from the center elevator shaft. The pool area is well maintained and the pair of beach chairs already set up by the water means you don't need to lug yours along. Lots of restaurants and activities nearby while far enough way that you are not living on a busy tourist street.

The condo was just as pictured, great views and very spacious. It also had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Best of all the beach was just a few steps from the condo.
You can’t go wrong with this condo. Absolutely plenty of room for our family of 8. So appreciative of the 3 bathrooms and spectacular beach view. Meals were comforting because of t he eating space. We were not cramped and that was a MUST for us. Comfy furniture, private beach, pool and hot tub access. Wow not one single complaint. Will definitely look for this specific condo on our return trip.

Our stay at the Island Princess met all our expectations. The unit was spacious, well furnished, and clean. The ocean view was amazing. We were literally steps from the beach! The locati on was great too. We were minutes from lots of restaurants and shops in Ft. Walton Beach and Destin. We did have a problem with the air conditioning, but I called the office and someone was there to fix it within an hour! Great service. We will definitely be back to the area and will look to rebook at the Island Princess.
