Island Princess 509
Island Princess has construction going on through the end of May, balconies are being refurbished. The balcony on this unit is completed. There will be some noise and contractors on the property working on other units. The Grill area will be closed for the length of the project.Â
Island Princess Unit 509 Gulf front with a gorgeous view! Tile and laminate throughout (allergy friendly unit) There is a king bed in the master suite with it's own private door to the balcony and bath room. 2nd bedroom host a queen bed with it's own private bath, 3rd bedroom host a full bed this has a connecting door to the bathroom off of the living area. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Kitchen is fully stocked with just about any item you need. Dining area has gorgeous granite top table with seating for 6 and seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. All bedrooms and living rooms have flat screen TV's. Enjoy the gorgeous view of the Gulf from your private balcony!

Smoking is prohibited in unit and on patios. Smoking is allowed in the parking area only!
I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Â Pontoon Boat
Island Princess is one of the nicest properties on Okaloosa Island. The building is 7 stories tall, a total of 137 units, with 500 feet of beach front property the beaches are never as crowded as Destin in the peak of the season. Gulf side pool which is heated in the winter months along with a hot tub. Exercise room and BBQ area with gazebos for cook-outs.

First, this is one of the finest beaches in Florida - beautiful white sand, gentle waves, and quiet surroundings. Then you can top it by staying at this condo unit. It is spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The fifth-floor location makes itabove the
beach noise (except for the lull of waves) yet is easily accessed from the center elevator shaft. The pool area is well maintained and the pair of beach chairs already set up by the water means you don't need to lug yours along. We just finished a wonderful week on Okaloosa Island. The stay began great in a very well appointed 3-bedroom condo at the Island Princess. However, on our third day major construction noise began in the unit immediately above us. (they wereremoving
flooring and contractor told us it would last 2 more days) I called the Kimberly Lang office & Jenny immediately recognized the difficulty of our situation (we could not stay in this unit) and began seeking alternative solutions for us to consider. I was impressed at how quickly she made things happen. Within an hour Jenny had made arrangements to have us move to another similar unit in the building. It was also 3-bedroom, nicely appointed, and on a high floor, as was the previous unit. I am a believer that when things are going well, customer service can be easy. It is when unexpected problems arise that true customer service is given an opportunity to shine. This was a shining moment for Jenny & Kimberly Lang Vacation Rentals. I believe that Jenny’s quick solution to this problem saved the enjoyment of our vacation for us. Because of her efforts we had a wonderful beach vacation and I will be turning first to them for finding our next vacation rental property. Thank you. We loved the condo! It was very roomy, comfortable bedding, everything you need in the kitchen when cooking, and quiet. The view of the ocean is absolutely amazing and was a favorite for us in the morning and evening. High furniture to seeeverything!
Only downfall was the ice and water did not work but there is an icemaker on counter to make your own. It was a minor inconvenience but not enough to alter our opinion on the condo or stay. . Each unit is exactly as described. Island Princess 509 was a particularly gorgeous, well-furnished, super-clean condo. Only suggestion I would make is if somehow the listings could show exactly where in the building the property is located. We enjoyed our stay at 509 Island Princess. Kim Lang Properties was great to work with. The ice maker was not working but they did leave an ice machine. We just went down to the gas station and stocked up on ice. So it was no big deal for us. Themast
er bedroom mattress could stand to be replaced. We went out and bought a mattress topper for it. Unfortunately, it still hurt my husband’s back. So he slept in the recliner the whole vacation. Not ideal. I slept okay with the topper on there. We decided to go with another Kim Lang Property for next year, only because of the mattress. They had some nice updates.
