Come relax at the beach! Gulf Dunes is located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This gulf front property overlooks the turquoise-colored waters of The Gulf of Mexico and is close to local vacation attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Relax by the pool or spend the day at the beach! Visit the nearby Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, The Gulfarium, or The Boardwalk. This is the perfect spot in paradise!

This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom property includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a separate dining area with seating for six, and a large breakfast bar. A living area with floor-to-ceiling sliders that provide direct beach views, a 55" TV, a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, and a private balcony. A master bedroom with a king size bed, private bathroom, 32" Flat screen TV/DVD player, and sliding glass doors to the balcony. A second bedroom includes two queen size beds, a 19" TV, and access to the shared hallway bathroom. A third bedroom has twin-sized bunk beds with a door for privacy. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

One of the area’s only All Local dedicated teams. Always available if you need us.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Best Vacation By Far.

Perfect locatio n and within walking distance to lots of fun! Make sure to check out Aj’s which is a 5 min walk from the condo, it was a great place to eat! I love renting from Kimberly as this is the second condo from her and both include beach towels which is a huge plus when you’re traveling and don’t have a lot of extra room.

We have been taking our annual girls trip to the gulf coast (Alabama and Florida) for over twenty years. This year was by far the best as far as the condo goes. The weather wasn’t ideal but we didn’t mind one bit since our condo was perfect ineve ry way! It was stocked with more than we could ask for. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. There were more than enough towels, bath cloths and even beach towels! Everything was extremely clean!!!! It felt more like HOME than just a condo! We have already booked our week for 2023!!! Thank you for a wonderful week and exceptional service!!!!!!every way! Condo had everything we needed, view was breathtaking and beach was amazing. Parking spot was right by the elevator and right by the entrance to the condo. Plenty of carts to use to help you unload. Highly recommend Fugars for pizza, Floyd’s forall you can eat shrimp and fish (4-6pm), Stewbys (right across the street), Mary’s Kitchen, The Shack and The Back Porch in Destin. The Destin Boardwalk is a must see as well as the Army Armament in Niceville. Groceries are much cheaper at Walmart rather then Publix which is much higher priced. Kimberly Lang is wonderful to work with from beginning to the end!all you can eat shrimp and fish (4-6pm), Stewbys (right across the street), Mary’s Kitchen, The Shack and The Back Porch in Destin. We stayed in this beautiful 3 bedroom condo. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room. The kids loved the bunk beds. The view is amazing and we saw dolphins every morning. The guys working the beach to put out the chairs are super friendly andhad great food recommendations. Go to The Shack if you get a change! We will definitely be back. The condo was just as expected! It was clean, roomy, and direct beach access. Plenty of towels to last the entire trip and plenty of beach towels provided as well. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking items, dishes, glasses, and utensils. Wehad 4 adults and 2 kids, which I believe was occupancy, but could have had more. This was our first experience with a vacation like this and we loved it. Not far from anything, walking distance from several places. We were very pleased with our stay. We were there from the beginning of January thru the 1st of March. Construction was everywhere, but was only a minor issue. The building is looking great. Our condo was well equipped and decorated nicely. We hadone issue with a toaster, which was addressed immediately. The view from the 6th Floor is spectacular. We stayed June 22-28 and had a wonderful time. We were a party of 9 with a total of 4 different families to make our “family.” We had plenty of room to stretch out and not be on top of each other. Mattresses were wonderful! And we had plenty ofto wels for showering and the beach if needed. Our balcony door broke from what seemed to be a long time issue of the door not being on the track properly. We called and were never charged and they even offered to fix it before we left. Supplied us with plenty of washing detergent which was also nice. Would definitely stay here again!towels for showering and the beach if needed.
