This beautiful two-story home has it all! Go up a flight of stairs to enter the home, as you walk in, you will realize you have just entered paradise! Upgrades and upscale finishes throughout. Seascape provides all the comforts of home while being close to local beaches and family fun. Retreat on the bay while being just one block from The Gulf of Mexico! There is a small balcony at the front of the house and a large deck on the back. Sit and enjoy your morning cup of coffee or an evening meal while taking in the bay front views. Walk out the French doors and enjoy a day at your PRIVATE Beach or grill your seafood with the gas grill on the back deck. Take a stroll or ride a bike down the beach path in this quiet neighborhood. Visit the local restaurants, the Navarre Fishing Pier, or the Navarre Beach Marine Park just down the road. There is room for two cars under covered parking and two cars in the driveway.
This 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home includes: A large fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar, and a separate dining area. An open floor plan living room with an abundance of seating, a large flat screen TV, floor-to-ceiling glass sliders with panoramic views, and a balcony overlooking the bay. A master bedroom with a king-size bed, a flat screen TV, double walk-in closets, and a private bathroom. A second bedroom with a queen-size bed. A third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (Twin over full). A second full size bathroom. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. A partially finished garage serves as a first-floor guest retreat with a game room, a queen-size sleeper sofa, a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a full-size bathroom. Open the French doors off of this guest suite and you are outside in the open-air patio with outdoor furniture.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

This is our favorite place to stay in Navarre. It feels like home.
Our entire family was able to come together to celebrate our 50th anniversary. We had the best time. Seascape and it’s amenities assisted in making everlasting me mories. I don’t think we will ever forget it. We loved that the sound was in our backyard and the beach was within a short walking distance. The home was spectacular and spacious. Looking forward to our next visit.

Great location, kids enjoyed the sound and the beach across the road. Easy to go back and forth. House was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and l ove having everything provided in the house not having to leave much. Lots of close restaurants. Only down fall is if you have kids and it’s a rainy day not much to do in the area but would highly recommend and will be back!

We were a party if 8, family and friends, and were quite comfortable in the Seascape Beach House. Living room could have been larger to accommodate seating for all of us, but we made do. Lots of water toys for us to enjoy. The furnishings were lovely and had everything we needed. Wanted to book it for next year, but was already taken. So sad as we all would have enjoyed coming back here.

We had a fantastic stay at Seascape! There were 10 of us of all ages and sizes and there was plenty of space for everyone. The location on the Sound couldn't have been better and the oce an was literally a short walk away. We used all the amenities from the sand toys to the kayaks/standup boards to the wagons and beach chairs. It was so nice to have all those things available! The kids really enjoyed the game room downstairs with the foosball table and arcade games. And we even visited the pool a few times. I can definitely see us coming back to Navarre and Seascape!

The location of the house is the best! Private beach on sound for young children to play while parents relax. And the Gulf coast beach a easy 5 minute walk away. There was a beach wagon to haul all toys, chairs, boogie boards provided by owner. The house has plenty of space for large multi generational family. Nice clean sheets and plenty of towels. Even enough beach towels for everyone. We noticed A few minor maintenance issues but nothing that truly impacted our stay. Would stay here again.

Largest and best beach on the sound side! The boogie boards, paddle boards, kayak and all the beach toys give children and adults alike hours of fun. Home is very roomy with kitchen, liv ing room and dining room all open concept. Wonderful vacation!

My family stayed here from July 17 2021 to July 31 2021 and we absolutely loved every minute!!! Our stay was everything we hoped for and more!! The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed plus more. We had a large group and still had plenty of extra room. They have everything ready for you when you arrive. All you need is your clothes!!! Don’t stress over beach toys beach chairs etc. all of that is there waiting for you.

We stayed at the seascape house with family. We could not have picked a better house. There was plenty of room for our large family and everything that we could need was provided, all th e way down to sand toys, chairs and umbrella. We will definitely rent this house again.

Great grill for grilling. We have stayed at 2 of Kimberly Lang properties on Navarre Beach. You can't go wrong. Great service love this company. We will use them only for all our future stays at Navarre beach.
