This beautiful two-story home has it all! Go up a flight of stairs to enter the home, as you walk in, you will realize you have just entered paradise! Upgrades and upscale finishes throughout. Seascape provides all the comforts of home while being close to local beaches and family fun. Retreat on the bay while being just one block from The Gulf of Mexico! There is a small balcony on the front of the home and a large deck on the back. Sit and enjoy your morning cup of coffee or an evening meal while taking in the bay front views. Walk out the French doors and enjoy a day at your PRIVATE Beach or grill some seafood with the gas grill on the back deck. Take a stroll or ride a bike down the beach path in this quiet neighborhood. Visit the local restaurants, The Navarre Fishing Pier, or The Navarre Beach Marine Park just down the road. There is room for two cars with covered parking and two extra vehicles in the driveway.

This 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home includes: A large fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar, and a separate dining area. An open floor plan living room with lots of seating, a large flat screen TV, floor-to-ceiling glass sliders with panoramic views, and a balcony overlooking the bay. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a flat screen TV, double walk-in closets, and a private bathroom. A second bedroom with a queen-size bed. A third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (Twin over full). A second full size bathroom. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. A partially finished garage serves as a first-floor guest retreat with a game room, a queen size sleeper sofa, a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, and a full-size bathroom. Open the French doors of this guest suite and you are outside in the open-air patio with outdoor furniture.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Our entire family was able to come together to celebrate our 50th anniversary. We had the best time. Seascape and it’s amenities assisted in making everlasting me mories. I don’t think we will ever forget it. We loved that the sound was in our backyard and the beach was within a short walking distance. The home was spectacular and spacious. Great location, kids enjoyed the sound and the beach across the road. Easy to go back and forth. House was perfect for what we needed. Our stay was terrific (except for the first two days which were chilly) but the house was very nice and in the perfect place on the water. The four bedrooms and three bathrooms were really good for our family. We used the paddle boards and a few ofth e bikes. However the bikes need repair…the chains came off two of them and one has a broken handlebar. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck overlooking the water and saw dolphins one day. As returning guests, we have had great experiences with Kimberly Lang for years, and now this home is one of our favorites. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the location was fabulous. The house itself is gorgeous, and it was so nice tohave the view of the bay and private beach. It was also just a short walk across the street from the neighborhood to the Oceanside. We were a party if 8, family and friends, and were quite comfortable in the Seascape Beach House. Living room could have been larger to accommodate seating for all of us, but we made do. House location was excellent. We did feel the house floors could have been cleaner. We did sweep them all again. The washer was also not very clean and we swiped it out and ran a deep clean cycle. Suggestions I would make are: 1. A couplefans. 2. A c eiling fan outside on the upper deck. 3. Air fryer 4. Rugs inside at all doors(this would help with tracking sand in!) We loved the location. You walk right out the back door and you are in the beach. There was a lot of towels and 14 beach towels! This was awesome! Plenty of pans, dishes and etc. There were lots of things to do such as Kayaking, biking, paddle boarding and playing with sand toys. Maybe provide a bags game too. We had an issue with the trash but a very nice lady came and got quite a bit of it to allow room for us to have somewhere to put our garbage. She was awesome!! I don’t remember her name. We had a fantastic stay at Seascape! There were 10 of us of all ages and sizes and there was plenty of space for everyone. The location on the Sound couldn't have been better and the ocean was literally a short walk away. We used all the amenitiesfro m the sand toys to the kayaks/standup boards to the wagons and beach chairs. It was so nice to have all those things available! The kids really enjoyed the game room downstairs with the foosball table and arcade games. And we even visited the pool a few times. One suggestion for the owners would be to add some type of hooks in the bathrooms to hang bath towels on. When you have a lot of people, it definitely helps manage the towels and cuts down on unnecessary loads of laundry. I can definitely see us coming back to Navarre and Seascape!from the sand toys to the kayaks/standup boards to the wagons and beach chairs. It was so nice to have all those things available! The only other issue we have was my faultf or not planning better so this is more helpful information for future tenants not to complain. The location of the house is the best! Private beach on sound for young children to play while parents relax. And the Gulf coast beach a easy 5 minute walk away. There was a beach wagon to haul all toys, chairs, boogie boards provided by owner. Theho use has plenty of space for large multi generational family. Nice clean sheets and plenty of towels. Even enough beach towels for everyone. We noticed A few minor maintenance issues but nothing that truly impacted our stay. Largest and best beach on the sound side! The boogie boards, paddle boards, kayak and all the beach toys give children and adults alike hours of fun. Home is very roomy with kitchen, living room and dining room all open concept. Wonderful vacation!

Seascape was a beautiful destination for our reunion group in Navarre Florida. Beautiful amenities, bedrooms and overall just a breathtaking place to spend any vacation. I definitely want to return even though I live on the West Coast near thebeach. The light in the laundry room was obtrusive and difficult to see in. Six rolls of toilet paper was not nearly enough toilet paper for 14 people for eight days. Downstairs in the yard there is a umbrella with an umbrella stand. We used the umbrella and realized that underneath the stand is an open rebar that is dangerous. Also one person was sitting in a beach chair that had an exposed screw that tore her shorts and cut her leg. Nothing serious nothing to go crazy about. Just letting you know. Unfortunately we broke one of the clear rocks glasses. Let me know if we owe anything for this. Overall it was a beautifully equipped home and we graciously say thank you. Thank you for the memories. If I were to write a public review I would leave out the information that started with the laundry room light and ended with the lawn chair. That was information for you only.beach. A few observations that couldn't hurt to improve. Kids room sliding glass doors needs an upper lock so kids can't go out on the balcony. Outside steps need markers so they can be seen better, basement smelt really moldy so possibly something to helpw ith moisture. Saw a few huge sand cockroaches outside and 1 in the bedroom downstairs. Lots of ants in the grass. Dryer needed fixed, bathtub drain downstairs didn't plug to hold water, yard maintenance should take place when house is empty. Construction on the dock almost ruined our stay because it wasn't peaceful on the beach at all. We couldn't even hear each other talk. We really liked the house and the decorations and for a rental it was kept updated. We may return.with moisture. Saw a few huge sand cockroaches outside and 1 in the bedroom downstairs.
