Plan a trip to the beach and stay at Sea Oats. Located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, two bedroom Sea Oats 203 offers you a great escape to the beach. Enjoy a full direct view of the Gulf while relaxing on your private spacious balcony.
Spacious unit!! Large open floor plan! Master hosts a king size bed with a TV. Large private bath. Second bedroom hosts Queen Bed and a TV. Living area hosts a queen sleeper sofa with a wide open view of the Gulf of Mexico. Large spacious balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal! (Regular and Keurig Coffee Maker) Laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

Beach Service Included (March- October)
I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. Beach towels are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Pontoon Boat
Stay along the Emerald Coast in our beachfront Sea Oats condos located on Okaloosa Island. At Fort Walton Beach, the beach is your playground with a beachfront pool and hot tub that connects to a private beach boardwalk with outdoor shower. Sea Oats is close to Fort Walton Beach attractions and restaurants, such as the Boardwalk shops and restaurants, AJ’s, the famous fishing pier and the Gulfarium.

Parking: There is enough room for one car per unit and a little guest overflow. There is no guaranteed parking beyond those spaces. No boats, RVs or trailers are allowed during the rental season which is spring and summer. Parking spaces are available for owners and registered Sea Oats guests only. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner expense.

The master bath shower is slippery when wet, you may consider adding gripping strips. More places to dry wet suits, like over the door hanging ranks. Need some throw rugs especially in master bath and in entrance to help catch sand from sandy feetand
coolers. Last the furniture on deck is nice but disabled people or people with arthritis are unable to use.
