Book your dream vacation at Sea Oats condominium located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL! This gulf front beauty sits on the powder white sands and emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Use the private beach access, take a swim in the gulf front swimming pool, soak in the indoor or outdoor hot tubs, stay fit while away from home at the fitness center, play a game of tennis on the lighted tennis court, grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area, or play a game of shuffleboard. Take a walk across the street to enjoy local restaurants such as Stewby’s, or Aj’s Seafood and Oyster Bar. Visit local attractions close by at The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Sea Oats is your ticket to paradise!
This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, dining area, and breakfast bar. A living area with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, flat screen TV, and private balcony. A master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, and large private bathroom. A second bedroom with a queen-size bed and a TV. A second full size bathroom. A laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

Parking: Two parking passes will be issued for your stay. No boats, RVs, or trailer parking allowed. Parking spaces are available for owners and registered Sea Oats guests only. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner expense.
We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

Love the rental
This is our 4th straight year at this location and we always enjoys our time here, which keeps us coming back.
Everything was well stocked and clean. Pool and other areas were tended to daily and clean. Had a great time.
Such a lovely unit that was nicely decorated with great view and wonderful kitchen with everything we needed and loved that there were two kinds of coffee makers. We were impressed with how well stocked the unit was with items in bathroom and kitchen. Also liked having all the extra towels and bedding.

Beautiful place with a great view! Check in and check out were easy. The pool is well maintained, there were always beach chairs available, and staff was friendly and helpful. Everything we needed was right there in the condo, we just did a little grocery shopping when we arrived and were set for the week. Overall a wonderful experience and we highly recommend!

Omg this was my first visit to the beach had been to Florida before but not like this. It was beautiful the place was fantastic. Loved being right there just a short walk from the pool a nd the beach. My "village" and I lived outside for a week straight with our balcony it was the perfect place to recharge with them. I recommend it highly stayed in #203 it was perfect for us. Will definitely be back. The peace and joy and laughter from it.
