This Gorgeous 3rd floor 2 bedroom, 2 Bath beauty sleeps up to 6 comfortably. Completely remodeled with all the comforts of home! Walk into this comfy condo, as you bask in subtle hues of light blues as you overlook the sound.
This beautiful condo hosts a wonderful layout! Beautiful upgraded kitchen with plenty of space to cook your catch after a wonderful boating day! Then relax in your spacious living room with tons of seating! Nice Balcony off the living room to watch the sunsets as you wind down for the evening! Bask in your personal Master suite which hosts a King Bed and a large on-suite bathroom. Views from the Master are spectacular! Endless views of the sound right out the window! The Kids have their own OASIS with two sets of bunk beds and a large TV!

Extras: 2 back pack beach chairs and 1 beach umbrella
I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guest. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Pontoon Boat
Barefoot Bay, is a small uncrowded complex right on the sound! Public Beach access is a short walk from the complex. This Condo is a true GEM! Enjoy the water ALL Day and then park in your own boat slip at night! Fish right off the dock or go crabbing. Great place to go paddle boarding. Deep Water Boat slip is 23 feet, 10 feet wide. $75.00 Separate Fee for use of the boat slip. Boats must be insured. Water Hose available at slip. Power cord not furnished, however there is an outlet to use if you bring your own power cord.
Parking: Complex has 1 assigned parking spot for vehicle. No extra over flow parking. You can only bring one vehicle. Boat Trailers cannot be parked on property. If you are bringing a boat trailer contact Brooks Bridge Marina or Adventure Marine in regards to parking your boat trailer well in advance as spots are limited.

Great Time at the Beach!

We enjoyed your property, it was just perfect for what we needed. Not too far from the beach, and being in a smaller quiet building was very peaceful. We enjoyed walking out on the dock to see birds and fish, and the view of the bay from the balcony was awesome. We would highly recommend.

PERFECTION! We have been staying on the Gulf side of the island for years. We always rent a boat for 2-3 days but with this condo having its own slip we worked out a deal for a boat all week. Parked directly below our balcony we could always see itsn d come and go as we pleased. I even left coolers floats snorkel gear etc in and no one ever touched a thing. The key was even left in it! The condo itself is absolutely gorgeous. Like others had said the outside is a little sketchy but there were people there everyday painting and working to improve. Not once did we hear them either. The entire process was smooth and simple and very much appreciated! We will be coming back here!!! Thank yousnd come and go as we pleased. Our family of 4 enjoyed our time in this unit. Great location with 1/4 mile walk to the beach. Very nice to have beach chairs and towels provided. The unit was clean, comfortable and stocked with basic needs. View of the bay from the balcony wasfanta stic. Outside is currently being painted and I would say the improvements are needed. Our family had a wonderful stay at the Barefoot Bay Condo this week! The condo is clean and recently updated. The views are amazing and the sunset every evening will take your breath away! The beds and couch are comfy. The kitchen comes witheverythin g you need to make a meal. Full size appliances and washer/dryer. Fully stocked paper products, linens, beach towels, beach chairs/ umbrella. The pier is private to the condo and we caught several red fish! A great blue heron visits every night fishing for his dinner! The only negative is the outside of the condo needs updating. Safe beach neighborhood and the ocean is a short walk up the street (there are also public parking spaces at the Emerald Isle beach access). There is a designated parking spot for the unit. Neighbors are very quiet! We will definitely be back!everything you need to make a meal. Full size appliances and washer/dryer.
