Enjoy the beautiful sunset views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony. This gulf front property is located on the sandy white beaches of Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This brightly decorated unit overlooks the swimming pool and is just steps to the beach. Unit 403 has floor to ceiling glass doors with custom black out drapes for added privacy. The fully stocked kitchen and dining area allow for easy meal prep for your family. The living area includes a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests and a large TV. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, a private bathroom, and a TV. Bunk beds in the hallway and the additional guest bathroom allow this unit to comfortably accommodate up to six people. Full size stacking washer and dryer in unit.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. We provide plenty of pillows on each bed, extra sheets, plenty of towels, and beach towels. Initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, and laundry detergent is provided to get you settled.
Kimberly Lang Vacation rentals provides a pontoon boat for her guests to rent during their stay. The boat must be reserved in advance. The pontoon boat launches from the Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
Pelican isle is a 100% non-smoking property. This includes inside condo units, balconies, as well as in common areas. This applies to all substances, regardless of legal status. Violators are subject to penalties.

The unit was very nice. The extra beach towels and chairs came in very handy. Had an issue with the WiFi that was taken care of. Al with Vacasa was great. The kitchen could use a cookie sheet pan. Another great time in Fort Walton!

LOVED staying here! Took our three little boys to the beach and they loved getting to have bunk beds, go on the balcony etc It was wonderfully convenient to be right on the beach with little ones and not have to walk there - just go downstairs andyou
're on the beach! The condo was clean and had everything we needed: towels, soaps, kitchenware! Also, having a washer and dryer was a HUGE WIN! We ended up doing a load laundry every day and I would not have wanted to go to a laundry mat or room for that! Wonderful convenience! Location of the room right on the beach meant beautiful views and location of the condo itself allowed us to be close to the Okaloosa Island Fishing pier! Honestly pretty close to everything unless you hit traffic. Would stay here again!you're on the beach! The condo was clean and had everything we needed: towels, soaps, kitchenware!
