Fun in the sun! The Pelican Isle Beach Resort located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL is your ticket to paradise! This beach front resort provides million-dollar views of the sandy white beaches and emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Spend the day at the beach, take a dip in the swimming pool, soak in the hot tub, visit the fitness center, or grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area. Visit nearby restaurants or enjoy an outing to nearby attractions such as The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Take a pontoon boat to Crab Island for the day or book a fishing charter. This resort is a beachgoer’s dream!
This 1 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar, and dining area. A living room with floor-to-ceiling glass sliders with direct gulf views, and a private balcony. The living room includes a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, blackout draperies, and a flat screen TV. A master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom. A second full size bathroom. A set of twin size bunk beds in the hallway. Full size stackable washer and dryer in unit.

Pelican Isle Resort is a 100% non-smoking property. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only. No smoking inside condominium units, on balconies, or in common areas. This applies to all substances, regardless of legal status. Violators are subject to penalties.
Parking: Two parking passes will be issued for your stay. Oversized vehicles will fit in the parking garage.
We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

We do n’t cook much in it but anything we have prepared has had what we needed to prepare. The ocean view is nice, and the tall chairs & table are nice on the balcony so the ocean can be easily seen. LOVED staying here! Took our three little boys to the beach and they loved getting to have bunk beds, go on the balcony, etc. It was wonderfully convenient to be right on the beach with little ones and not have to walk there - just go downstairs and you're on the beach! The condo was clean and had everything we needed: towels, soaps, kitchenware! Also, having a washer and dryer was a HUGE WIN! We ended up doing a load laundry every day and I would not have wanted to go to a laundry mat or room for that! Wonderful convenience! Location of the room right on the beach meant beautiful views and location of the condo itself allowed us to be close to the Okaloosa Island Fishing pier! Honestly pretty close to everything unless you hit traffic. Would stay here again!
