Come relax at the beach! Gulf Dunes is located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This gulf front property overlooks the turquoise-colored waters of The Gulf of Mexico and is close to local vacation attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Relax by the pool or spend the day at the beach! Visit the nearby Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, The Gulfarium, or The Boardwalk. This is the perfect spot in paradise!
This 1 bedroom/1.5 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals with a breakfast bar and separate dining area. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests and private balcony with direct gulf views. A master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and a half bath that closes off from the adjoining full bathroom in the hallway. A hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Twin bunk beds in the hallway. Washer and dryer in unit. This unit is close to the elevator for easy access.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.
One of the area’s only All Local dedicated teams. Always available if you need us.
We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

Clean, grounds well maintained and loved having the beach chairs
Gulf Dunes 106 exceeded our expectations! The condo was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with all the comforts of home. We especially loved the beautiful, relaxing outdoor space. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach with incredibly easy access. The entire property was well cared for and inviting. Since we frequently visit family in Fort Walton Beach, we've stayed in several places, and this was by far the best experience we've had. We celebrated a 14th birthday here and created so many wonderful memories. We can’t wait to return!

Great vacation! Bed was nice, supportive, good night’s sleep. The condo was well appointed. Restaurants close, Publix right down the street. The pool was awesome/ beach was awesome/umbrella and chairs were great. Awesome vacation spot. I would stay again!

The y communicate well and give instructions prior to your trip. This condo was on the first floor right in front of the pool and just a short walking distance to the beach. Will definitely book this one again for smaller family gatherings.

Everything was really nice. Kitchen was fully stocked with every appliances imaginable. The very best parts was ease of booking, check-in, and check-out. It was seamless! Then there was the location of this unit! Easy access to pool and beach. The view was awesome! I would recommend and plan on booking this unit again.
