Fifth Floor, Two bedroom, Two bath Condo that sleeps 6 with an open floor plan! Fully stocked renovated kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal in (recently added Keurig coffee pot and Regular Drip coffee maker). Dining area with seating for 6 and two bar stools at the kitchen bar. Living area hosts a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests. Large flat screen TV. Large spacious balcony with a wonderful partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The sunsets are spectacular!! Master bedroom hosts a king size bed with Flat screen TV.  and spacious Private Bath off of Master. Second bedroom hosts Queen Bed and  Flat Screen TV. Second full bath in hall.
12 Cup/K-pod Coffee Center
Wireless internet provided!!
Keyless Entry Lock. Self check in.
Beach Service Included (March- October)

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. Beach towels are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.

Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.  Pontoon Boat

Stay along the Emerald Coast in our beachfront Sea Oats condos located on Okaloosa Island. At Fort Walton Beach, the beach is your playground with a beachfront pool and hot tub that connects to a private beach boardwalk with outdoor shower. Sea Oats is close to Fort Walton Beach attractions and restaurants, such as the Boardwalk shops and restaurants, AJ’s,  the famous fishing pier and the Gulfarium.

Parking: There is enough room for one car per unit and a little guest overflow. There is no guaranteed parking beyond those spaces. No boats, RVs or trailers are allowed during the rental season which is spring and summer. Parking spaces are available for owners and registered Sea Oats guests only. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner expense.

This was my 3rd time staying with Kimberly Lang Vacation Rental properties at Sea Oats on Okaloosa Island and won& rsquo;t be my last! What a great place to stay, seems peaceful and quiet even during spring break. pictures accurate, except it is even more spacious in person. Having the beach chairs is a bonus. I enjoyed watching the ocean each morning on the balcony! Totally recommend!

We were in town for a wedding, then stayed a few extra days. Really liked the condo, the pool and the beach. Very convenient to everything, condo was well equipped and really comfortable. Great location with plenty of space and a view of the Gulf

This unit is perfect! Stayed for 6 nights with my husband and teenage son. Plenty of room for all, fully equipped kitchen, lovely balcony. Responsive host when I couldn 't find my email with entry code, Wi-Fi password, etc. they also agreed to ship my pillow to me when I discovered that I left it in the unit. Will rent here again.

Our stay at Sea Oats 509 met our expectations. The unit was clean and welcoming. The instructions on how to access the condo and amenities were clear and concise. We arrived late at night and was able to use the door code to enter. Communication was a breeze! I received text messages throughout my stay asking for check in status, feedback, etc. The view of the ocean was spectacular for the location. The condos location was superb. Everything you need is within reasonable distance. Restaurants and convenience store is within walking distance or just a short drive to either Navarre Beach or Destin. The unit was well stocked. The condo was comfortable and everything you need is there. The condo had a nice, tiny interior that was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was nicely stocked filled with all the amenities needed. The outdoor furniture was very cute! The hot tub and pool area were nice. I liked the first come, first serve aspect of the lounge chairs. The pool was heated. Beach access was easy for us. I would highly recommend using Kimberly Lang rentals for your needs.Communication was a breeze! Your team is great. But we would suggest to property owners, that they make sure seating and beds are comfortable. Since we stayed for 2 months,, we found the seating in living room to be uncomfortable. The same was true last year. We mightsuggest re cliners,(especially for snow birds). We have found the properties to be clean and any problems are taken care of quickly. Also, we noticed your rates for next year, have gone up more than usual. Higher than other rentals in same buildings from other companies. We truly enjoy the Fort Walton area, and love Stewby's restaurant.suggest recliners,(especially for snow birds). We loved this place! It was nice and clean when we got there. Kitchen had everything we needed including pots and pans, plates and silverware.
