Sunset Cottages 5A
Sunset Cottages located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL is the perfect spot for your beach vacation! This low-rise, 19-unit property is nestled along the white sandy beaches of The Gulf of Mexico and allows guests to enjoy a vacation filled with peace and uncrowded beaches. The courtyard style architecture puts the swimming pool in the center of the complex for easy access. Each unit has private balconies or patios allowing for a wonderful place to unwind. Enjoy nearby restaurants, entertainment, entertainment, and shopping. Retreat and relax while making great memories along the beaches of The Emerald Coast.
This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a dining area, and private patio. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV. A set of twin bunk beds in the hallway (Great for the kids). A master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, a full-size bathroom. Washer and dryer in unit. Ground floor access to unit with easy adjacent parking lot.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this time frame you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

The pool area is clean and convenient as well as the short walk to the beach. The maintenance staff was quick to respond to the one issue that caught my eye. We would definitely stay again.

Our New Favorite
by Kali F.Our stay at Sunset Cottages 5A was better than we expected! Walking in we realized that it was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in. Everything was just a s pictured and we had everything we needed and more (towels, comfy beds/pillows/couch, coffee maker, dishes, etc.). Our 5-year-old LOVED the bunk beds and our 1-year-old had lots of space to roam around (there was even a large playpen if needed). There were even a few kids’ books that they looked through each day! Walking to the beach was a breeze and it was so nice to be on the ground floor, steps away from the pool. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and close to everything we wanted. Beach service is a great plus, not having to lug an umbrella around. We had such a great time and loved staying here! We are grateful for such a nice place for our family. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay. The place had very easy access and lost of accommodation. All of the furniture was very comfortable and we had lots of liens and towels. Due to the weather we sp ent most of our time lounging and watching movies. Thanks for a great girls getaway.

The condo was great! The kitchen was fully stocked with any utensils and cooking things we needed. We loved being so close to the beach and the area is pretty quiet but also close to gre at restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage was decorated wonderfully with all the essentials! Very close to beach. The chairs, umbrella and beach towels provided on the beach were especially g reat since we flew to Florida.

A great stay! Great short walk to beach, pool was nice.
Our stay was wonderful!! First girls trip but we will be bringing our kids next time! This was an amazing place to stay. So close to the beach it made the trip even more relaxing. Everyt hing was set up and clean when we got there. Communication was great and check in/out was a breeze.

The unit was clean, comfortable, and conveniently stocked with many supplies, such as towels, sheets blankets, and kitchen implants. We experienced some difficulty with the TV due to lac k of cable. Unit was within easy walking distance to the beach, had convenient parking, and a nice pool. We would definitely stay there again.
