Sunset Cottages located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL is the perfect spot for your beach vacation! This low-rise, 19-unit property is nestled along the white sandy beaches of The Gulf of Mexico and allows guests to enjoy a vacation filled with peace and uncrowded beaches. The courtyard style architecture puts the swimming pool in the center of the complex for easy access. Each unit has private balconies or patios allowing for a wonderful place to unwind. Enjoy nearby restaurants, entertainment, entertainment, and shopping. Retreat and relax while making great memories along the beaches of The Emerald Coast.

This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a dining area, and private patio. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV. A set of twin bunk beds in the hallway (Great for the kids). A master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, a full-size bathroom. Washer and dryer in unit. Ground floor access to unit with easy adjacent parking lot.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

One of the area’s only All Local dedicated teams. Always available if you need us.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this time frame you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

Our arrival and entry were so easy! The condo is clean and well stocked with the essential tools for making any dish. The starter kit came in handy as I didn’t pa ck enough supplies. The pool area is clean and convenient as well as the short walk to the beach. The maintenance staff was quick to respond to the one issue that caught my eye. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Sunset Cottages 5A was better than we expected! Walking in we realized that it was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in. Everything was just a s pictured and we had everything we needed and more (towels, comfy beds/pillows/couch, coffee maker, dishes, etc.). Our 5-year-old LOVED the bunk beds and our 1-year-old had lots of space to roam around (there was even a large playpen if needed). There were even a few kids’ books that they looked through each day! Walking to the beach was a breeze and it was so nice to be on the ground floor, steps away from the pool. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and close to everything we wanted. Beach service is a great plus, not having to lug an umbrella around. We had such a great time and loved staying here! We are grateful for such a nice place for our family. We will be back!

Very nice, clean! Other condo owners were very helpful. When our code didn’t work, we had another one and were in the condo in less than 5 minutes. Short walk to the beach, nice having lounge chairs and umbrella! Beds comfortable! Would have likeda balcony but parking was very convenient for loading/unloading since it was on the first floor. We had a great stay at Sunset Cottages - 5A We loved Fort Walton Beach and that it was far less congested than Destin. We ate at several local restaurants, Stewbys, Burrito del Sol, and Clemenza's that were all exceptional. We were disappointedwith t he sound barrier above our first floor unit. It sounded like the kids were running back and forth and jumping on the floor constantly. Thankfully they did go to sleep at a reasonable hour so that was good. Know there is nothing you can do about that but next visit we might choose a second or third level. We didn't have enough toliet paper and a second bath soap would have been nice. We also had trouble with the TV as we are older and have cable so the TV was a challenge. Not meaning to complain but just offering feedback. Loved our stay and will be coming back!with the sound barrier above our first floor unit. It sounded like the kids were running back and forth and jumping on the floor constantly.
