Island Echos is your ticket to paradise on the Emerald Coast. Located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL, this gulf front property is close to the most popular local restaurants and attractions. Visit the Gulfarium, the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk just down the road. Swim in the gulf front pool, sit on the beach, or relax on your balcony and watch the sunset.
This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, dining area, living area with a queen size sleeper for extra guests, and a private balcony with priceless views of The Gulf of Mexico. A master bedroom with a king-size bed and flat screen TV. A full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

Condo was perfect for our stay! Clean and comfortable and steps from the beach!
We really enjoyed our stay, and the location. It doesn’t get much better. We loved sitting on the balcony wa tching the waves and walking just feet to the beach. The tennis and pickle ball courts were an added bonus. We were just minutes from great restaurants, mini golf, ice cream and the best breakfast place ever. Asiagos Skillet is a must!

Unlike other places we've stayed. Unit 2M was cleaned and spacious. We loved the fan that was in the room. We will for sure stay at this unit again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Island Echos! The condo was clean, updated, and we really appreciated the extra paper towel, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. It’s the little things! Th e management check in each day to see if we had any needs, which was a pleasant surprise. It was an easy walk to the beach. We didn’t have a washer/dryer but used the facilities on the ground floor, which were really clean. Thank you to the management! Our trip was awesome!

We had a slight issue upon arrival with key cod e which was a misunderstanding on my part. They got back with me ASAP and got it resolved. They messaged us after we checked in to make sure everything was okay. We have rented from them several times and plan to do so on future visits!me ASAP and got it resolved.
