Island Sands 303
Island Sands is a hidden gem located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This small 27-unit condominium offers a peaceful retreat with an uncrowded beach. Listen to the waves roll in and feel the powder white sand under your feet as you walk down to the beach, just steps from your back door. The community swimming pool provides a relaxing place to sunbath and take a dip. Close to all local attractions, entertainment, and restaurants... Island Sands is the perfect beach location.
This 1 bedroom/1.5 bathroom unit includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar with seating for six, a main living area with a sleeper sofa for extra guests, and a private balcony with gulf views. A master bedroom with a king size bed, smart TV, and half bathroom. A full bathroom with tub/shower combination in the hallway. Washer and dryer in unit.

Parking for larger vehicles: Extended cab vehicles, large passenger trucks, or other large vehicles that extend beyond the marked boundary lines of the parking spot must be parked in the overflow lot to the north of the complex.
This is not a pet- friendly property.
The owner has health issues that will not allow pets of any kind.
This property is exempt from ADA service animal guidelines as it is a private residence. Guests will be asked to depart the unit immediately if any animals are reported on the premises.
We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

by Tina H.I reserved island sands unit 303 looking for a quiet beach getaway during 4th of July week. Reservations, payments and email contact were so easy and when needed- had v ery fast responses. The staff (I wish I could remember the names of 3 different ladies I spoke with) were so kind and extremely helpful. The unit was on the 3rd floor, all steps but did not mind that at all. It was nice to have a parking space and not have to worry about looking for one. The unit was very nice, very clean, more than enough linens & kitchen stocked with everything needed. The view from balcony overlooking beautiful white sand and ocean. The boys working the umbrella/chair service were so helpful and nice to talk to, along with everyone else I met on the beach. Restaurants/ grocery took no time to get to, again very easy driving to and from. I absolutely loved staying here. Just what I needed for a quiet and relaxing vaca. Thank you all at Kimberly Lang!

Love the free beach service and family atmosphere and less crowded roads and restaurants than Destin, but still so close if that is what I am looking for in an outing. Honestly, we only left the island twice this visit to go to Publix and the wonderful Thai place in Fort Walton Beach. The beach and weather were amazing our whole Easter weekend. Accomodations are so close to the beach we could walk back and forth to grab snacks etc. without having to lug huge bags with us. And in the evening we would enjoy eating home cooked food from the well appointed kitchen while sitting on the balcony enjoying the sunset. Nice to have washer and dryer to keep things clean and dry for easy packing. Also, enjoy the offers we receive a couple times a year welcoming us to come back and enjoy a discount to stay at a Kimberly Lang property again. Just a wonderful place to stay and we have been coming a couple times a year for over 5 years now. It is like our second home.

You unload and go out the back sliding doors t o a snow white beautiful beach. There are beach chairs and umbrellas they set up every morning. It’s a terrific location with many restaurants and entertainment close by.

Great location, great view and everything you need for a week of rest and relaxation. Unit #303 is clean, comfortable and has the best location on the beach! The beach is clean and the c hairs and umbrella service is awesome! Couldn’t ask for anything more. This was our first visit to the Fort Walton beach area and we will definitely come back and stay in unit #303!

We had a wonderful week in this condo. We have stayed in several units here and each had some things we liked, but this one was perfect for us. We like the 3rd floor because it has a bea utiful view. A king sized bed and included beach service is a must for us. Furnishings were nice and it was very clean. We brought necessities with us, just in case, but we didn't use them because there was plenty of everything. We intend to book this condo again for next year as soon as we know when we can come. It is evident that the owners take care of this place and want everything comfortable for their guests. Can't wait to go back!
+ MoreWe drove to Ft Walton Beach from Kentucky, a 10 hour trip at best. So when we arrived at Island Sands, Unit 303, we were so happy and relieved to find all was as expected and more. All t he amenities, and upgrades, style and view were there, but the best part I couldn't see online was that the unit was spotless. Its evident that the cleaning personnel work very hard to make our stay worry free of what we couldn't see because everything from floor to ceiling that we could see was spotless. Thank you housekeeping staff!
