This beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing family meals, a dining area, a main living area with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, smart TV, and private balcony. A master bedroom with a king size bed, private bathroom, a smart TV, and balcony access. A second bedroom with a queen size bed, a smart TV, and access to the hallway bathroom. Washer and dryer in unit!

Smoking is prohibited inside the unit and on balconies or patios. Smoking is allowed in the parking area only!
We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

My sister and I have been coming to Florida for years. By far, this was the most memorable, for many reasons. Our condo was clean, quiet and had everything we needed.
We love the condo we stayed in. Very clean and everything we needed. Always easy to book.
We can't begin to say what an amazing place this is to stay. You actually feel like your home. Anything you could possibly need is provided. If you need a question answered they get back with you promptly. We have been going to Destin, Fort Walton area for years. We have found out forever condo rental. When my husband says... "Go ahead and book for next year" after the first day that speaks for itself. We did already book for 2023.

It was a wonderful visit again! Last year, we came for only 4 days and 3 nights and it was NOT long enough so this time we stayed for a week. It was a perfect setup for our little family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids under 11). It's such a clean condo (furniture, kitchen, bedding, everything!) and decorated so Beachy and pretty. It has great access to the beach and pool. We love that it's only on the 3rd floor which made it easier to just use the stairs instead of waiting on the elevator every time. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked. The beds are very comfortable. We love that there is beach service included. We love the Fort Walton Beach Area.

We had a great vacation and loved staying at Island Princess unit 311 for our 4th time. We absolutely love this condo. It is always clean, fully stocked, with beautiful views of the beac h. You also get an umbrella and 2 beach chairs for your visit. Our favorite places to eat our Stewby’s Seafood Shanty, The Shack, and Asiago’s Skillet for breakfast, we also enjoyed Parlor Doughnuts and the 24 flavors Ice cream place. Can’t wait to come back to Fort Walton and stay at our FAVORITE place!

We had the most amazing vacation! This unit was beautiful. Spectacular views, very clean and well stocked with the necessities needed for the week. It was so nice to have beach towels th ere (one less thing to travel with). We had one very small issue with a tv not working but within hours someone was there handling the issue.
