This family-favorite resort will keep you coming back year after year!

This beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing family meals, a dining area, a main living area with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, smart TV, and private balcony. A master bedroom with a king size bed, private bathroom, a smart TV, and balcony access. A second bedroom with a queen size bed, a smart TV, and access to the hallway bathroom. Washer and dryer in unit!

Smoking is prohibited inside the unit and on balconies or patios. Smoking is allowed in the parking area only!

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

One of the area’s only All Local dedicated teams. Always available if you need us.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

We can't begin to say what an amazing place this is to stay. You actually feel like your home. Anything you could possibly need is provided. If you need a question answered they get back with you promptly. We have been going to Destin, Fort Waltonare a for years. We have found out forever condo rental. When my husband says... It was a wonderful visit again! Last year, we came for only 4 days and 3 nights and it was NOT long enough so this time we stayed for a week. It was a perfect setup for our little family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids under 11). It's such a clean condo(furni ture, kitchen, bedding, everything!) and decorated so Beachy and pretty. It has great access to the beach and pool. We love that it's only on the 3rd floor which made it easier to just use the stairs instead of waiting on the elevator every time. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked. The beds are very comfortable. We love that there is beach service included. We love the Fort Walton Beach Area; we ate at places like Stewby's (the one on Racetrack where the locals eat); Burrito Del Sol; Donut Hole Bakery and Cafe (that's in Destin); and Cowhead. We shopped the little Downtown shopping strip on Miracle Strip in Fort Walton. We just loved our vacation so much and plan to come every year to this same condo. The only drawback was we were missing a remote for the TV in the master bedroom. But, that's an easy fix and certainly not something we would complain about. Thank you for having us!(furniture, kitchen, bedding, everything!) and decorated so Beachy and pretty. It has great access to the beach and pool.
