Escape to the beach at the Surf Dweller condominium located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This family favorite condominium sits on the powder white sands of The Gulf of Mexico. This property is known for its large gulf front balconies with million-dollar views! Enjoy the private beach access, take a dip in the swimming pool, work out at the fitness center, play a game of tennis on the lighted tennis court, or grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area. Visit nearby restaurants such as Stewby’s, Fubar Pizza, or Aj’s Seafood and Oyster Bar. Visit local attractions such as The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Take a pontoon boat to Crab Island for the day or book a fishing charter. No matter how you spend your time at the Surf Dweller you will make memories to last a lifetime!

This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a separate dining area, and a breakfast bar. A living room with two queen size sleeper sofas, a 65" curved UHD TV, and a private patio. A hose to shower off out back. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a 32" flat screen TV, a private bathroom, and glass sliders for patio access. A second bedroom with two queen size beds and a 32" flat screen TV. A second full bathroom in the hallway. Washer and dryer in unit.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

One of the area’s only All Local dedicated teams. Always available if you need us.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Beautiful condo❤️ Definitely exceeded my expectations & Made for a perfect vacation. Plenty of space for our whole family and our grandsons loved playing in the sand right out the back door. I highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

Great family friendly place right on the beach

I will come back here. The condo was clean and right on the beach. Lots of kitchenware if you want to stay in to cook, which was very convenient for us since we have 3 kids, kids 3 and u nder. The back patio also has a hose and shower for cleaning off, which was extremely convenient. The walk to the beach is short, at most a minute or two dragging a wagon and 3 kids.

This unit was beautiful. Had more than enough beach towels, and bath towels/rags. Very spacious and accommodated my family of 10. Ease of access to the beach, literally walked out the sl iding glass doors to a nice concrete patio and stepped directly on the sand. Loved the fact we had beach service as well. We will be back! It was perfect.

We love this place. My second time staying there. I didn’t know returning guests get a 10% discount. They should have reimbursed me for that. We loved our stay, it absolutely perfect for little kids. The corner condo is perfect for all your needs. The only think i could possibly see needing is a big long hat rack on the left as you walk in the door and possibly an air fryer. Wonderful place to stay that’s right on the beach!! Beautiful views for sunrise and sunset. This condo is on the end of the building and right next to the beach access/shower. 15 minutes away from Destin. I highly recommend this condo!

Great location right on the beach best spot to get to the beach Condo right next to the barbecue pits Condo is spacious and has everything a person needs to make your stay more comfortable. Very nice place to stay. Very well stocked with dishes, pot, pans, utensils, even cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.. about 50 steps to the beach, so convenient. Condo updated and clean throughout.

First of all I just want to say that every member of the staff I dealt with was very professional and helpful!!!! We had an issue with a lock and it was nice to have someone come out very quickly to look at the problem!!! The management definitelycar es about making people comfortable!!! With that said…… the entire place was exactly as advertised….. but better. The location was perfect and having a place floor level is so convenient!!! My only two suggestions to make the stay more comfortable…… is a better master bed!!! The bed was very squeaky and not incredibly comfortable!!! Also….. provide bedside fans. There is not amazing air flow in the master and it stayed warm!! Also, some people just need the noise! However…… even without these two suggested changes being made…… we would definitely stay here again!!! But with the suggested changes I would rate this place a 5 instead of a 4! Another great stay in Ft Walton Beach. Our usual favorite property was booked (Island Princess) but our second choice (Surf Dweller) was a good second option. Couple of suggestions to the owner- upgrade the mattress in the master and I would suggestm aybe an upgrade to the coffee machine. The views from our condo were amazing.
