Surf Dweller is going through a Renovation Project. Painting, Balcony Work, Walkways resurfacing. There will be contractors on property during the work day and a lot of noise. All amenities will still be open during project. Project should be completed by April 26, 2024
Gorgeous totally remodeled in soft grey beach tones. New hard wood floors. Gulf Front ground floor unit!! 2 bedroom, 2 bath, sleeps 10. Large spacious open floor plan! Fully stocked extra large kitchen and plenty of counter space and breakfast bar that seats 2. Kitchen has more cabinet space than most with plenty of storage. Dining area with seating for 6. Large Living Area with a65" Curved UHD TV. All TV's have HD receiver boxes for clearer pictures. Living area also hosts two queen size sleeper sofas for extra guests. Master bedroom hosts a king size bed with sliding glass doors to the patio, 32"Flat Screen TV, with large walk in closet. Full private bath. Second bedroom hosts two queen beds, and a 32" Flat screen TV. You can access the balcony from the living room or master. Full size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room located off of the kitchen. Large Spacious Unit with over 1400 square feet. Back Patio is expansive with grassy area. Great for kids. No balcony to worry about someone falling off of. Just steps to the beach. Shower and hose right off back patio.

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. Beach towels are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Pontoon Boat

Great family friendly place right on the beach
by Brian R.I will come back here. The condo was clean and right on the beach. Lots of kitchenware if you want to stay in to cook, which was very convenient for us since we have 3 kids, kids 3 and u nder. The back patio also has a hose and shower for cleaning off, which was extremely convenient. The walk to the beach is short, at most a minute or two dragging a wagon and 3 kids.

Ease of access to the beach, literally walked out the sl iding glass doors to a nice concrete patio and stepped directly on the sand. Loved the fact we had beach service as well. We will be back! We love this place. My second time staying there. I didn’t know returning guests get a 10% discount. They should have reimbursed me for that. Also 10 am is a bit early for checkout. 11 am is more reasonable. Also they could supply more than oneroll

We loved our stay, it absolutely perfect for little kids. The corner condo is perfect for all your needs. The only think i could possibly see needing is a big long hat rack on the left as you walk in the door and possibly an air fryer. And maybesome

Wonderful place to stay that’s right on the beach!! Beautiful views for sunrise and sunset. This condo is on the end of the building and right next to the beach access/shower. 15 minutes away from Destin. I highly recommend this condo!

First of all I just want to say that every member of the staff I dealt with was very professional and helpful!!!! We had an issue with a lock and it was nice to have someone come out very quickly to look at the problem!!! The management definitelycar

My only two suggestions to make the stay more comfortable…… is a better master bed!!! The bed was very squeaky and not incredibly comfortable!!! Also….. provide bedside fans. There is not amazing air flow in the master and it stayed warm!! Also, some people just need the noise! However…… even without these two suggested changes being made…… we would definitely stay here again!!! But with the suggested changes I would rate this place a 5 instead of a 4! Another great stay in Ft Walton Beach. Our usual favorite property was booked (Island Princess) but our second choice (Surf Dweller) was a good second option. Couple of suggestions to the owner- upgrade the mattress in the master and I would suggestm
aybe an upgrade to the coffee machine. The views from our condo were amazing. We did however find a great coffee shop in town. Highly recommend Maas Coffee.maybe an upgrade to the coffee machine.
