Luxury and relaxation await you in this spacious fifth floor unit at Ariel Dunes located in the Seascape Resort in Miramar Beach, FL. The Ariel Dunes property features breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. As part of the Seascape community, Ariel Dunes guests enjoy the Seascape amenities such as: Convenient beach access to over 2,000 feet of powder white sandy beaches, 18-hole championship golf course with pro shop, eight tennis courts, five pools, on-site conference center, fresh water lakes, beach service (at additional cost), Whales Tail Beachside Bar and Grill, dining, and live entertainment. Water sports rentals available.
This beautiful condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a separate dining area, a living area with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, smart TV, and a laundry room with stacking washer and dryer. A master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, private access to the balcony, and a private bathroom with a soaking tub and glass shower. A second spacious bedroom with a queen size bed, flat screen TV, and large full-size bathroom. Private balcony.

Two beach chairs and an umbrella provided in the unit for your use.
We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
Smoking Prohibited except as otherwise permitted by applicable law. Smoking or vaping of any kind shall be prohibited on unit balconies and in the common elements apart from areas of the common elements specifically designated by the Board of Directors.
Guests are not permitted to have anything on the walkways, in front of stairwells, or at the entrance to the units. This includes beach chairs, toys, buggies, strollers, supplies, etc. This prohibition is in compliance with the fire code/insurance requirements and is for everyone’s protection.

The price was great, the condo was super clean and was st ocked with everything we needed, and the location was near the beach, bike path, restaurants, and shopping. There is a huge balcony with a direct view of the gulf. The property is also very nice- we loved the pond/lake with the boardwalk you could walk on to the beach. We had no problems at all and will definitely stay here again next time we are in Destin!

Very spacious condo and a large kitchen. Its always a plus having a washer & dryer and this was option was used often. Bedrooms were very nice with large flat screen tv's. Restrooms were very spacious. Living room was very comfortable. THE VIEW!! WOW! From the master bedroom to walk out to you LARGE balcony was awesome! Can't say enough about this place. They even helped us arrange the pontoon boat for an excursion.

+ MoreWe had an incredible week at Destin and our condo at Aerial Dunes I #507 helped make that happen. The condo is spotlessly clean, well equipped and comfortable. It is has also been update d to reflect modern tastes unlike some other condos that make you feel like you walked into the 90’s or worse. The view is excellent with a straight on view of the ocean. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was plenty of complimentary soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms if needed. We rented the pontoon boat as well, and highly recommend you doing the same. Take it out to Crab Island, you won’t be disappointed.

The view was great and the condo was very clean an d felt like a home away from home. The condo had everything that we needed. We also had the opportunity to rent the pontoon and Zach was amazing with answering questions and giving suggestions on where to go on the boat. The communication was superb, anytime I messaged them, someone replied within a timely manner. My family was very pleased with our stay and will be returning!

As soon as we pulled up the resort is very impressive then upon entering we knew we were gonna be in for a comfortable week on the beach. The condo was spotless and quite roomy with ever ything you could need. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were great. The balcony was huge with plenty of seating. They had a beach umbrella that came in so handy. I will definitely stay in this Seascape community and this condo again!

This is an amazing place, it gave us the option to enjoy everything that the Emerald Coast has to offer. Shopping, dining and entertainment were close by. OMG did we enjoy our hours spen d on the patio. And the kids loved the pool. It is amazing!

I rented this unit for a last minute trip my wife and daughter were taking during spring break. The unit was everything that was advertised. It was very clean and up to date. My family a nd I will be returning to Miramar Beach in the summer and will no doubt be booking this unit again!
