This beach front resort provides million-dollar views of the sandy white beaches and emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Spend the day at the beach, take a dip in the swimming pool, soak in the hot tub, visit the fitness center, or grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area. Visit nearby restaurants or enjoy an outing to nearby attractions such as The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Take a pontoon boat to Crab Island for the day or book a fishing charter. This resort is a beachgoer’s dream!

This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar, and dining area. A living room with floor-to-ceiling glass sliders with a corner balcony for views from every angle. The living room includes a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests and a flat screen TV. A master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom. A second bedroom with queen size bed and TV. A second full size bathroom. A set of twin size bunk beds in the hallway. Full size stackable washer and dryer in unit.

Pelican Isle Resort is a 100% non-smoking property. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only. No smoking inside condominium units, on balconies, or in common areas. This applies to all substances, regardless of legal status. Violators are subject to penalties.

Parking: Two parking passes will be issued for your stay. Oversized vehicles will fit in the parking garage.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
