Gulf front condo with a great location! The views from this corner unit are spectacular! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit sleeps 8. The large spacious open floor plan and fully stocked kitchen are perfect for relaxing and preparing meals. The living area has great views of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches and a pulled out queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV/DVD player, and a full size private bath. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed with TV. There are a set of bunks beds in the hallway for the little ones to enjoy.

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed, along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. Beach towels are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.

The pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of the Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Pontoon Boat

We really enjoyed our stay at Pelican Isle in Okaloosa Island Fort Walton Beach. Everything was clean and there were plenty of beach towels and linens. The location is excellent and it is a family-friendly place. I would recommend taking a ridedown t o the pier, walking out over the water on a late evening, and for somewhere to go eat we enjoyed The Shack seafood restaurant. Just a note about the beach. There are two beach chairs and one umbrella provided with the condo rental, but be aware that to get one, you need to go early to stake your claim as they are not guaranteed unless you pay for extra chairs. We learned to go out around 6:45 am when they first start putting them out to claim our chairs.down to the pier, walking out over the water on a late evening, and for somewhere to go eat we enjoyed The Shack seafood restaurant. Just a note about the beach. We loved the condo! No problems with anything. It was throughly stocked with anything we needed and everything was clean, comfortable, and working properly. The corner unit made for a beautiful view with the sliding glass doors on 2 walls, and easyac cess in and out of the building. We stayed Memorial Day weekend and it was very crowded so I’m not sure how it is regularly but even with all the people, we had a great time.access in and out of the building. The condo was amazing and perfect for our family. It has plenty of room and it was nice to have a kitchen. The view from the balcony and the location were absolutely incredible!
