Down the hall there are 2 more guest bedrooms with queen size beds and a bathroom with tub/shower. The third floor has the perfect getaway for the kids! The bedroom has twin bunk beds and a large entertaining space with a queen sleeper and oversized TV that the kids will love! Full size washer and Dryer.
Relax and enjoy the front porch, back deck, or 2 balconies. These outdoor areas provide the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or to bask in the gentle sea breeze and Florida sunshine. Spend your day picnicking in the nearby Legion Park.
Launch your boat from the public boat ramp or visit any of the white sand beaches, golf courses, restaurants, and shopping destinations that Miramar Beach offers!

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.

6-Person golf cart to take to the beach! The beach is 1.9 miles away! Outlet malls for shopping only 4 miles and the beautiful City of Destin is only 6 miles away! So close to everything.

Pet friendly property! Property allows up to 2 dogs that are 45 lbs. or less. $175.00 additional fee for pets plus taxes.

The pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of the Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
