This unit has plenty of room for all! Master bedroom hosts a King with it's own private bath. There is a private entrance to large balcony from the master. 2nd Bedroom hosts 2 queen beds. The 2nd bathroom is shared with the living area and 2nd bedroom. Dining table has seating for 6 and breakfast bar has seating for 4. Large living area has plenty of seating leather recliner, sofa and chair. Fully stocked large kitchen with plenty of counter space and storage. 12 Cup/K-pod Coffee Center. Separate laundry area off of kitchen with full size washer and dryer. Tile and laminate flooring. Wireless internet provided!!

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. Beach towels are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
