Book your dream vacation at Sea Oats condominium located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL! This gulf front beauty sits on the powder white sands and emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Use the private beach access, take a swim in the gulf front swimming pool, soak in the indoor or outdoor hot tubs, stay fit while away from home at the fitness center, play a game of tennis on the lighted tennis court, grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area, or play a game of shuffleboard. Take a walk across the street to enjoy local restaurants such as Stewby’s, or Aj’s Seafood and Oyster Bar. Visit local attractions close by at The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Sea Oats is your ticket to paradise!
This gulf front, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a separate dining area, and a breakfast bar. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a flat screen TV, and a private balcony with direct gulf views. A master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom. A second bedroom with two twin size beds and flat screen TV. A second full size bathroom in the hallway. Washer and dryer in unit.

Parking: Two parking passes will be issued for your stay. No boats, RVs, or trailer parking allowed. Parking spaces are available for owners and registered Sea Oats guests only. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner expense.
We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

The condo was amazing! The pool are and beach are was wonderful, very clean area. Publix was a quick drive and several restaurants were in walking distance.

by Amber Z.Everything was great. I love that they had everything you need - toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap at all sinks, and a fully stocked kitchen. The only th ing I needed to bring was the type of laundry pods I use, and I also had to get dishwasher pods. Also, loved that beach chairs and umbrella were included as well as beach towels. That means a lot when you don’t have to haul those on the trip. Check-in and checkout are super easy. I’d definitely rent from Kimberly Lang Vacation Rentals again.

It’s the little things that separates Kimberly Lan g from others such as Vacasa . We had sufficient towels, dish towels, toilet paper, kitchen accessories, etc. Also, having beach chair service included was a great plus. We had no issues and were very pleased. Will be staying here again.

We enjoyed sunsets and a cool drink from the pier and restaurants within a short walk or drive into Fort Walton or Destin. (Stewby's Seafood Shanty and AJ Oyster Shanty, walking distance, and The Front Porch, in Destin, were favorites.) The condo was comfortable and clean; it was supplied with kitchen and bathroom items as well as beach towels. We had an umbrella and chairs reserved for our use. The employees were friendly and took care of the property. A special thank you to Jennifer and Michelle for helping us with the wi-fi. We enjoyed talking with you. Thank you!

We had a great stay at Sea Oats. Condo 705 was nice and clean. Wonderful ocean view. Any questions I had were answered quickly through the management company. Super quick walk straight o ut to the beach. Loved having 2 chairs and an umbrella each day included in the cost. Also nice to be able to walk to several eating places and not have to drive. I will definitely stay at Sea Oats again in this same condo. Kimberly Lang Vacation Rentals was a great place to use in planning our stay. Definitely recommend!

Our stay was perfect! The benefit of the beach chairs being complementary was a huge plus. All staff we just happened upon were super nice.
Very clean with a phenomenal views from the balcony. 1-2 minute walk down to beach. Located near several restaurants and shopping stores. We had a long drive and didn't take into conside ration we were traveling to a different time zone. So when we arrived we were tired and the weather was very hot. They were kind enough to let us check in early at no extra cost which was a great blessing. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our first condo experience. Couldn't have gone any smoother or been more pleased. Customer service was top notch. The condo was great and property just as nice. Outstanding view , short walk to the beach. Restaurants nearby but our favorite by far was Dewey Destin Harborside. We have eaten there several times over the years and they never disappoint.

Fantastic location with convenient access to groceries and great seafood restaurants. Our family of four adults enjoyed the pool and the beach. Definitely would come back!
Very clean, with very charming touches throughout. People we dealt with at the office were wonderful. Unit had some of the usual wear and tear you have to expect with condos, but more up dated than some and overall a very nice unit. We would definitely stay here again.
