Escape to the beach at the Surf Dweller condominium located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This family favorite condominium sits on the powder white sands of The Gulf of Mexico. This property is known for its large gulf front balconies with million-dollar views! Enjoy the private beach access, take a dip in the swimming pool, work out at the fitness center, play a game of tennis on the lighted tennis court, or grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area. Visit nearby restaurants such as Stewby’s, Fubar Pizza, or Aj’s Seafood and Oyster Bar. Visit local attractions such as The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Take a pontoon boat to Crab Island for the day or book a fishing charter. No matter how you spend your time at the Surf Dweller you will make memories to last a lifetime!
This 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals with a breakfast bar and a separate dining area. A living room with a large flat screen TV, floor-to-ceiling glass sliders with direct gulf views, and a large private balcony. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a flat screen TV, a private bathroom, and glass sliders that provide a beach view and balcony access. A second bedroom with a queen-size bed, a flat screen TV, a full-size bathroom, and sliders with balcony access. A third bedroom with two twin-sized beds, a flat screen TV, and sliders with balcony access. Third full size bathroom in the hallway. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

Two beach chairs and an umbrella provided in the unit for your use.
We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

Great place to stay and a great price. It was a very clean property and centrally located for all the stuff we wanted to do. Everyone had their own bathroom which was a plus and all the appliances and TV's worked. Will book again.

We took a chance and booked into the Surf Dweller. What a surprise!!!! The beaches here are far superior. The sand is so white and soft, and the crystal blue waters look like a painting. This is our new spot. The condo was perfect. Very well stocked with linens and everything else needed.
