Seacrest Condominiums are located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This beachfront property sits on the white sandy beaches of The Gulf of Mexico. Convenient to restaurants, local attractions, museums, amusement parks, and more. Visit The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk pavilion nearby. Take a dip in one of the two pools at Seacrest: One outdoor pool for sunning and one indoor pool for those that want to retreat from the heat. Seacrest is your ticket to paradise on The Emerald Coast!
This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a dining area, and a breakfast bar. A full-size washer and dryer. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a flat screen TV, and a private balcony with partial gulf views. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom. A second bedroom with two twin size beds, and a flat screen TV. A second full size bathroom in the hallway.

Only passenger cars, vans, sport utility vehicles, motorcycles and pick-up trucks may utilize the parking facilities. Trailers including, but not limited to, motorcycle, boat, personal watercraft, utility, moving, etc., are not permitted.
We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

Love it here, this is the 4th time we've stayed here. The Good Lord willing we'll be back.
The unit was very clean, well-stocked with kitchen dishes and utensils. The baths were well stocked & beds were comfortable. The beach umbrella & chairs were ju st what we needed for the beach.

We really enjoyed the condo. It had everything we needed and was very clean. We were even pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the pull out sofa. Our kids usually fight not to have to take turns to sleep there, but this time around, they were fighting for turns to sleep on it.

Enjoyable stay. Process from booking through checkout was easy. Felt secure if we needed anything agents were available. We will use Kimberly Lang again!
Loved the amenities and location. The communication was the best we've had through a Vrbo. The furniture in the front room could use a cleaning and we couldn't get either hair dryer to w ork. Other than that, the stay was great! Definitely will consider using this rental again.

We had an great stay at Seacrest. The condo was clean, comfortable and smelled amazing! The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking appliances and utensils. The bathrooms had a ton of flu ffy white towels. They even had hand soap dispensers and travel size toiletries in each bathroom! There were beach towels and chairs for us to use. The patio was perfectl! Not directly facing the beach, but an amazing view of the gulf that was perfectly sunny and shaded so we could sit out and enjoy the weather all day long. The Kimberly Lang staff thought of everything to make our stay wonderful !! We will definitely be booking with them again for next year.

The stay was perfect from arrival to departure We had a blast.
We had a wonderful stay at seacrest 505! The beach chairs & umbrella were put to good use. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The beds she uses and pillows are by far the bes t I have slept on on any vacation. I usually do not sleep well on vacation, but her beds are so comfy I slept solid every night. We enjoyed breakfast most mornings on the balcony enjoying the ocean view! This was our second time using Kimberly Lang rentals at a different location this time and we will continue to use her services on all our future trips!

Great place! Had a blast!
We had a fabulous week long stay in Seacrest 505 at the end of May! Everything was just as the pictures show! We especially loved all the places to plug our devices in every room, but ou r favorite thing was the Tommy Bahama beach chairs that reclined, had an awesome headrest and even straps to wear as a backpack for easier carrying!! We loved them so much that we left our own up in the room every day!! Thanks for making our trip a great one!! We stay at the Seacrest every year for a family vacation and we would definitely return to Unit 505 in the future!
